VC Boutique Hotel - Room 2

VC Beach Suites I rented room # 4 at VC Beach Suites last year in early November and it was perfect for my needs. The location of this hotel is fantastic, right in front of Playa Centro, which is why I wanted to return. Unfortunately this year, much has changed: They advertise that there are free bicycles, there are not, there were beach chairs we could use, this year I had to ask for them. The towels were old and full of holes. The room was not very clean, Claudia, the maid is very nice and helpful - she brought us water and everything we asked for but she does not clean the room each day or every other day. The worst part of my experience this year was that I got stuck with room #3 which has 2 balconies, however the 2nd balcony is a pigeon coop separated from the room only by a louver door so we heard the pigeons and crickets all night, the 2nd balcony was filthy with feathers and pigeon droppings. People with any kind of animal allergies could never stay here. In fact, when I happily left this place, I was sick. Room #3 should never be rented… VC Boutique has a non- refundable policy. There was no one of authority at the hotel.
