Estuvimos una semana alojados en el hotel (en marzo de 2025) y fue una experiencia increíble! Lo mejor del hotel es su ubicación, y el personal inmejorable! Nos atendieron muy bien, nos llenaron de servicios y detalles para que nuestra estadía fuera inolvidable. Nos propusieron varias actividades y todas fueron un éxito total (snorkeling, plancton, karaoke, etc). Kevin en recepción, Jesús, Gabriel y Edwin en el bar, además del chef, los asistentes de cocina, las personas del aseo y el capitán del barco tienen un sentido de la hospitalidad inigualables! Súper recomendado el hotel para un viaje en pareja, familia o amigos. La comida es excelente! Aspectos por mejorar: algunas habitaciones son muy luminosas (lo que es bueno), pero las cortinas no impiden que la luz entre en la mañana (es un detalle mínimo porque igual es un ambiente tranquilo y dan ganas de levantarse temprano).

La atención del personal Gabriel, Edwin , Jesús y el chef Felipe nos hicieron sentir mejor que en casa. Ya habíamos estado en esta isla, esta vez sólo había alojamiento en casa Azul, colchones duros como piedras, nada recomendable. Yo no las ofrecería… La otra vez estuvimos en las que tienen forma de barco y muy bien..

Séjour très agréable.
Le personnel est très sympathiques et très serviables. Ils portent une attention particulière pour maximiser la réussite du séjour. Les activités de snorkeling et de plancton étaient de belles découvertes.

Nous sommes venus ici 4 jours et c'était très bien. Très bon accueil avec un cocktail de bienvenue. Personnel très sympathique. La chambre était assez grande, le ménage fait tous les jours. Le petit déjeuner est correct, il mériterait d'être plus consistant. Les cocktails sont bons. La nourriture du restaurant est bonne. Le kilo de langoustes pour 34e pour 2 est moins cher qu'au village de pêcheurs et au restaurant sur la plage. Ne pas hésiter. A recommander.

Although Mucura is a bit out of the way from Cartagena, it is completely worth the visit. The waters are pristine, the coral national park is a must-see for snorkeling/scuba enthusiasts, and the island is a great, relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The Mucura Club hotel employees were very kind and helpful; the rooms very clean, and the environment well kept. Would highly recommend!
