Excelente la instalaciones. Excelente personal y servicio. Muy limpio. Hay buenas opciones de actividades. Las cabañas son hermosas y cómodas. Lo único que considero negativo es la comida: existen dos restaurantes, uno pequeño express y el otro grande y elegante. La oferta de los dos no es la mejor, la calidad de las preparaciones y de la comida tampoco lo es. Tienen excelente infraestructura, excelentes cocinas y excelente personal muy preparado pero a pesar de esto la comida siempre es fría, pareciera estar preparada desde mucho antes, porciones muy pequeñas y menús muy poco caribeños o con ingredientes muy poco locales. Deberían regalar agua y tener estaciones de agua donde los huéspedes se sirvan agua cada vez que deseen. Los menús y opciones del bar no son buenos, todo es demasiado grasoso y no ofrecen nada fresco como por ejemplo frutas o ensaladas, esto hace que todo el tiempo el huésped tenga que comer fritos y carbohidratos cuando no desea comer en el restaurante. Un consejo sería tener una estación permanente de frutas y verduras y que el huésped pueda comer allí entre comidas. Solamente el tema de la comida lo considero grave y muy negativo, de resto considero que el hotel es grandioso.

Es un lugar mágico, el nivel de detalle en la construcción y como mimitizan el lugar con la naturaleza es hermoso. Emma sin duda hace que tus momentos a la hora de a comida sean lo más gratos posibles - En términos de variedad en la comida se quedan cortos, aunque nos resolvieron me sentí siempre en desventaja.

Las instalaciones son excelentes estan muy organizadas la isla es hermosa pero la calidad de servicio es lo mas mas top del hotel la calidad que manejan los empleados de la isla es lo mas valioso te hacen sentir como en casa un lugar de un agradable ambiente y hogareño

L'activité phytoplancton était magique, à faire! Le personnel est très aimable et serviable. La chambre et les commodités étaient très propres et fonctionnelles (volley-ball, gym, kayak, échecs) Très belle plage à disposition, jardin bien entretenu. Petit déjeuner non inclus, dommage! Beaucoup de choix pour le petit déjeuner.

Hemos pasado dos noches excelentes en este hotel. El personal es muy atento y las actividades propuestas muy interesantes. Nos encantó la actividad del fitoplancton. Estuvimos en un kiosko deluxe en las alturas con preciosas vistas al mar. Los desayunos están deliciosos. También usamos el gym, está bastante bien. En resumen: recomiendo el hotel sin dudarlo. ¡Gracias!

El lugar es increíble y la atención del personal es de lo mejor, sus playas de agua cristalina son ideales para ver peces durante la mañana y disfrutar de las distintas actividades que ofrece el hotel durante el resto del dia. Completamente recomendado.

Pasamos unos días increíbles en este hotel, ¡definitivamente una experiencia para repetir! Desde que llegamos, el lugar nos sorprendió con su excelente estado, todo impecable y muy bien cuidado. Las actividades que ofrecen son perfectas para el entorno, súper bien pensadas y realmente hacen que disfrutes al máximo del destino. Cada día estuvo lleno de diversión, momentos únicos y mucha felicidad. La atención fue muy buena, el ambiente espectacular y nos sentimos realmente bien acogidos. Lo único que no estuvo a la altura fue la comida. No es que fuera mala, pero simplemente muy regular, nada memorable. Con lo increíble que es todo lo demás, este es un punto que podrían mejorar para hacer la experiencia aún más perfecta. A pesar de eso, sin duda lo recomendamos y volveríamos sin pensarlo. ¡Vale totalmente la pena!
