Si vous souhaitez de la plage c’est le bon endroit, 2 magnifiques plages, le personnel du restaurant et du bar sont très gentils. Par contre avons logé dans la cabane : le carrelage se détache de la douche, pas d’interrupteur à côté du lit mais surtout pas de ménage journalier! Surtout ne demandez rien: du beurre au petit déjeuné un matin oui le lendemain ils en ont pas ! Ils nous ont évacué de l’île en prétextant une alerte météo soit disant reçu durant la nuit sauf qu’ils nous préviennent à 11h20 pour midi ! Alors qu’on devait partir à 14h et pourquoi ne pas l’avoir dit à 7h30 au petit déjeuner? Heureusement cela ne reflète le reste de la Colombie - pays que nous avons adoré.

Plus mauvais hôtel que nous ayons eu sur tout notre séjour en Colombie. Seul le personnel du restaurant était agréable. Autrement services de chambre absent, carrelage de douche qui vous tombe dessus,bar fermé à 15h suite à un évents pas de chance pour ceux qui sont à l’hôtel. Réception qui ne sert à rien même pas à vous confirmer l’heure juste du bateau de retour pour nous de 15h à l’origine passe à 12h avons été prévenu 30 minutes avant. Mis à part les plages agréables Cette hôtel n’est bon qu’à la journée dommage quand vendu pour du repos ensoleillé.

En diciembre nos quedamos con dos amigas en este hotel y nos cobraron 3 veces! Lo reclamamos y nos dijeron que lo derivaban al área de contabilidad. 4 meses después seguimos a la espera de una respuesta porque nunca más nos respondieron en los múltiples intentos que hicimos. Fue un error de ellos y no se hacen cargo! No lo recomendamos para nada!!

L'emplacement est paradisiaque, le personnel attentionné, chaleureux et très serviable. La chambre est grande, simple mais très confortable avec une salle de bains très grande.On peut tout payer par carte, le wifi fonctionne bien. L'île se visite a pied, deux petits villages dans le centre de l'île. Des touristes viennent pour la journée jusqu'à 15h mais en nombre très raisonnable, pas plus de 40.

A praia é linda, mas o serviço inteiro é péssimo. Agendado para saída do barco às 8:15 diretamente do Muelle, saímos apenas às 8:50 aguardando retardatários, o que eles expressamente disseram que não fariam. Chegamos quase às 10 horas, e fomos obrigados a escolher os pratos no momento da chegada. Apesar de venderem um menu com opção de 10 pratos, na verdade você é obrigado a escolher apenas 1 opção e não pode repetir, é apenas 1 proteína. Nos informaram que só poderia ser frango grelhado ou peixe frito, apesar das 10 opções mencionadas anteriormente. Após muita briga, conseguimos alterar 1 dos pratos (estávamos em 4) para macarrão com camarão. Meu filho tinha ido brincar, quis alterar depois o prato e foi proibido. Resultado: não serviram bem o frango nem o macarrão pra ele, ficou sem almoço e tive que dividir o meu com ele. As bebidas que não alcoólicas incluídas só poderiam ser água sem gás ou coca normal. O local não conta com ducha de água doce para se lavar, somente ducha de água do mar (!?!?). Na hora do retorno, novos problemas: lotaram o barco que viemos e não tinha lugar para todos que vieram. Tiraram pessoas do barco para nos alocar, mas apesar de expressamente proibido crianças na frente, queriam nos alocar lá, nós e outra família (que também não tinha lugar) tivemos que brigar para conseguir sentar atrás. No meio do trajeto pararam em outro porto para pegar pessoas que foram sentadas em cima do motor pois não havia espaço. Considerando o valor cobrado, e a propaganda de um lugar privado e exclusivo, a experiência foi péssima. Não recomento!

Primeiro ficamos aguardando no Porto para sair das 7:40 às 9:30 quando chegamos não ofereceram o cardápio completo que teríamos direito apenas as opções que lhes interessavam , na hora do almoço não serviram um prato para nosso filho , nos fizeram ir embora antes do horário combinado , antes das 15 hrs e para completar quando chegamos no barco não havia espaço para a nossa família e uma outra , total desrespeito , experiência horrível , uma pena visto o preço altíssimo cobrado para comida ruim , controlada e servido igual sem atenção aos visitantes Escolha outro passeio este não vale !!!!

Premises: The hotel is surrounded by a smelly landfill full of garbage which attracts stray dogs who enter the property and poop on the beach. I counted 7 poops on the beach and on the restaurant terrace. Staff: very unfriendly and inefficient (especially the young woman at reception and the male waiters). Rooms: no cupboards in the rooms, impossible to hang clothes, no warm water, bugs everywhere Catering: 80% of the menu is not available. Colombia is the land of coffee and tropical fruits, but at breakfast they only serve cheap instant coffee… and there is no fruit! The cutlery, plates and cups are dirty. The tables are not cleared until several hours after meals, which attracts hungry birds who spread their leftover food everywhere. Beach: No protection from the sun (except a few palm trees), loud music and dogs taking over your places and being masters of the place. A French woman was frightened by 3 dogs who were barking aggressively and baring their teeth as they walked on the beach. Transport once a day by a small speed boat (1hour journey: 8am to the island and 2:30 pm from the island). Since boat is open and it was raining, we arrived totally soaked and had to wait until 3pm to get the room (after begging we received a towel to dry ourselves and changed clothes in the toilets). Since breakfast is between 7 and 9am, it is not even possible to get a coffee or drinks upon arrival and you need to wait until lunch. We decided to leave the next day (although we had booked for 3 nights) and go back to Cartagena. Eventually we were happy to spend another couple of days in Cartagena.

Rosario de mar Ecohotel was the highlight of my trip to Colombia! Once we were on the boat from Cartagena, we could feel our troubles melt away. On arrival, we enjoyed both beaches which are located on a point of the Isla Grande, and drinks were brought to us. We had room 202, which has a fantastic view and an excellent air conditioner that cooled the room down quickly when we returned briefly or to sleep. Everyone working at Rosario de mar were knowledgeable about activities and the menu at the restaurant and the food was very delicious! I can't give more than 5 stars but I would if I could!
