Très bonne hôtel mes il manque de personnel pour enlever les serviettes qui réserve les transats a partir de 9h du matin plus de place il devrais passer et enlever les serviettes sans personne dessu !

Como todos los años que llevamos viniendo, tuvimos una estancia maravillosa, todos los años nos vamos con mucha pena del hotel y de la isla. Doy las gracias a todo el personal en general, pero en especial al personal de limpieza, camareros, animadores socorrista, cocineros fueron increíblemente amables, siempre están dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento, hago especial mención a Fini, Nerea, Nicoletta, Antonio, Diego, José y Celia, Will Fredy, Fidelio por siempre ser tan amable, a Ibra el cocinero , a los animadores Rita y Juanma. Y al personal de reservas Javi y Susana. Ya estoy pensado en el año que viene.

Séjour d'une semaine au sein de cette hôtel, très spacieux. La chambre studio avec vue sur une piscine +++ la restauration variée et bonne. Plage à 10 min à pied. Navette gratuite. Excursion d'une journée sur toute l'île à faire avec o voyage. Personnel super sympa et parle français. Manque un bar extérieure 18h et 21h

We've just come back from a two week stay at THB Tropical with two young kids. The facilities at the hotel are fantastic, especially the slides and splash park. The hotel beds were comfortable, great for self catering and a nice big balcony to sit out on. We didn't feel the need to rush to the pool early to try reserve sunbeds, there were always plenty available around the main pool before 11am. There were plenty of lifeguards round the pool which is very settling when it's busy. You could also purchase food at the snack bar which was very reasonably priced. The entertainment team are great for both adults and kids and the hotel gardens are lovely to walk around. It's around a 15 minute walk from the front where there are loads of lovely places to eat and drink, including an Aldi just down the road. The only disappointing few factors was that toilet facilities round the pool could be better maintained, the was never any hand soap by the sink and a few times there wasn't any toilet roll from late afternoon. Quite a few families reserved prime sunbeds from before the pool opened at 10am and didn't turn up to them until around 3pm, one family reserved 8 sunbeds next to the pool and just never turned up to them at all. I know this happens in most hotels, but there are signs that show not to reserve sunbeds, it would be better if the rule was more enforced by the staff. Overall I would defiantly recommend this hotel and we're already looking to come back next year!
