Very good location with spectacular facilities.

Paralizado desde hace 25 años. No encontramos las fotos de los pisos renovados in situ. Todo lo contrario: ejemplo muy básico de alojamiento, sin ninguna comodidad. Ni siquiera un ventilador o un tendedero para las toallas de playa. Cambio de toallas + 10.- por vez.

Regarding our stay at the hotel, it's worth noting that upon arrival at reception we were told we had to pay for parking. We paid for it, as there's no parking in the areas near the hotel; it's €10 per night. Otherwise, you'll have to leave it a five-minute walk away if you're unlucky. Upon arriving at the hotel, we were greeted and told we had a room; we booked a sea view. Upon arrival, we realized the room didn't have a sea view, but rather a pool view, with the sea to the side. I hadn't requested that because a sea view was more expensive than what I had paid. I mentioned this at reception, and they sent me to the reception manager. She tried to be friendly, but at first she told me there were no rooms available for the room I had requested. Please, don't make reservations, but don't charge for a service you can't offer! She offered me a larger room, but I would have to pay the difference, due to a mistake I didn't make. To which I told her no, that I refused, and that if not, they would return the proportional part of the room they gave me compared to what I reserved. There, she moved me to a room with a sea view. Everything was fine until!!! The bathroom had no light, and to my surprise, when I tried to fill the bathtub, it smelled like feces, like a sewer. It was an unbearable smell, and brown water. I'm attaching photos! And when I mentioned this to Aythami at reception, who, by the way, provided the best service of my entire experience. He was very professional and attentive. We were delighted with him. He deserves a place that matches his professionalism, as he had better solutions and attitude than the boss herself. He put us in a new room and apologized for everything. I repeat, he was very kind, and I am grateful for his service. After two rooms, it seems that the third time will be the charm. They should improve the rooms and block them until they are suitable for accommodation, since the shower is a basic problem! I needed to shower and couldn't. Plus, everything is painted and you can see broken pieces that weren't even painted properly. The wood is worn in places, there are spiders, etc. The buffet is pretty good and the food is very good, but otherwise, my advice is not to waste your money on apartments. The hotel doesn't have many advantages, so if you're going to pay, make sure it's worth it. Maybe in two years it will be worth it...

Fuimos de viaje con la familia a estos apartamentos, éramos 12 personas, lo cuál habíamos hecho 3 reservas, cuando llegamos al hotel nos dimos cuenta de que una de las reservas estaba cancelada, asique por este motivo tuvimos que hacerla allí, pasado esto, cuando llegamos a las habitaciones una de ellas estaba recién limpia, pero cuando entramos nos encontramos el suelo lleno de arena, telarañas y cucharas en el piso y en los armarios y pelos en el sofá cama, además las otras habitaciones estaban en las mismas condiciones. Además de que la limpieza fuera pésima, los aparcamientos del hotel son pago, habíamos dejado 2 coches en la entrada del hotel y estábamos descargando las cosas para poder aparcar fuera del hotel, y al parecer habíamos aparcado en los aparcamientos del director del hotel, lo cual este nos trato de muy malas maneras diciendo que quitaramos los coches de ahí y que no nos quería ver aparcadas allí. Además de que el apartamento no tuviera limpieza y que el mismo director del hotel nos hubiera tratado de esta forma, el apartamento no dispone de secador de pelo, jabón para fregar la losa, aire condicionado etc. La estacia en este apartamento no fue buena con lo cuál no lo recomendaríamos.

Laut und abgewohnt Für eine Nacht grad noch so akzeptabel. Leider ist es sehr laut, die Tür zum Apartment ist gefühlt eher ein sichtschutz als ein Lärmschutz, man hat zumindest die ganze Nacht den Regen wahrgenommen als würde direkt neben dem Bett jemand duschen. Ansonsten alles schon etwas älter und abgewohnt, eine Modernisierung wäre nötig. Beim checkout wollte man dann 20€ für eine Nacht parken, weil man es beim Check in nicht angemeldet hatte. Man wurde aber auch nicht darauf hingewiesen obwohl das Auto beim anreisen direkt vorm Eingang stand. Es gibt wohl Schilder, die nachts aber nichts beleuchtet sind, nachdem man den Manager sprechen wollte dann nur unfreundliches Kulanz Angebot die Strafe von 10€ zu erlassen. Wir buchen in diesem Hotel nicht nochmal, aber eher wegen dem Zustand der Zimmer

Hatten eine Woche im Hotel Sol verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden, Zimmer sehr schön eingerichtet und tolle Betten. Wir wollten verlängern und es wurden uns dann Appartements angeboten, da die Zimmer ausgebucht waren. Wir konnten uns das App. Nicht ansehen, da alle besetzt waren. Sonst hätten wir es nicht für den Preis gebucht. Die Kochutensilien waren nicht sauber, kein kleines Messer, die Teflonpfanne zerkratzt, keine Geschirrhandtücher, Küchenzeile völlig unpraktisch installiert. Große Menschen können da nicht kochen. Oberhalb der Arbeitsplatte sind Schränke viel zu niedrig angebracht. Hier soll man nicht kochen….Das könnte man alles irgendwie aushalten aber das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt so nicht. Wir haben nun keine Halbpension gebucht, da wir davon ausgingen, dass wir kochen können. Man ließ sich nicht auf einen Deal ein, Für diese Unzulänglichkeiten eine HP als kostenlosen Ersatz zu gestatten… Es wurde unvollständig renoviert wie z. B. Der Fahrstuhl völlig verrostet und mit nicht vertrauenserweckenden Geräuschen., Fensterrahmen abgeblättert und Schienen verrostet. Wir haben schon weitaus besser für weniger Geld auch zur Hochsaisonauf La Palma gewohnt.
