Estuvimos alojados a través del programa del Imserso entre el 19 y el 28 de febrero. Las instalaciones del hotel geniales. El programa de animación estupendo. El comedor, muy bien organizado y atendido, las comidas sin llegar a ser de lujo, abundantes y variadas. A pesar del lleno casi total del hotel, no se notaba la presión del público en general. Tengo que destacar la muy alta cualificación y amabilidad de todo el personal, sobre todo, del personal de comedor, bar y servicio de habitaciones. Si hubo alguna deficiencia en la habitación, fue resuelta en minutos. Muy satisfecho. Recomiendo el hotel al cual volveré cuando viaje a esa zona.

Overall a good weekend, we were 2 couples and the rooms were very nice and comfortable, the staff at reception, the lobby bar and the breakfast room were very friendly, being close to the theatre where the Carnival competition is held we found it quite convenient, we didn't have to take the car until we were leaving the hotel.

Peor imposible. Estamos pasando mucho frío. No hay calefacción y el estribillo aprendido por las recepcionistas es: estamos en ello" No lo van a arreglar, se ríen de nosotros. A esto se le sumo un ruido de motor constante en los baños que por las noches es mayor y no te deja dormir. NO MERECE LA PENA. ES EL PEOR HOTEL QUE HA CONTRATADO CON EL IMSERSO. Han puesto unos aparatos enormes en las entradas del hotel, pueden ser condensadores??? qué calientan las salas comunes y recepción. En el restaurante la gente cena con abrigos. UNA VERGUENZA!!! Una vergüenza que estos días de primeros de febrero (de 2025) tengan a gente del Imserso sin calefacción! Hace frío y dicen que tratan de arreglarlo pero no lo hacen y desde recepción comentan que pueden poner una queja a los responsables. A ello se le suma la baja calidad de la comida. Pongo una estrella porque no puedo poner cero, es decepcionante que la cadena Barceló haya bajado a ese nivel y más con la gente mayor! Escribo yo la opinión porque mis padres no saben y se sienten impotentes de tener que estar con frío y no tener solución.

Hotel très bien entretenu et très vaste. le personnel est à votre ecoute et tout est mis en oeuvre pour vous satisfaire. Les repas sont variés et excellents. Un seul bémol en octobre nous n'avons pas pu faire toutes les excurtions proposées, notamment Seville proposée que le mercredi : jour de notre arrivee et de notre depart.
