En vacances avec FRAMISSIMA, nous sommes arrivés pour une semaine. Quel bonheur de voir des gens attentionnés, soucieux que nous passions un bon séjour, qui font tout pour que notre séjour se déroule au mieux. J’ai aimé l’ambiance générale, la vie à l’andalouse, les excursions proposées. La visite d’Isla Cristina peut sembler courte mais il ne faut pas hésiter à faire des détours, il y a largement de quoi s’occuper! Sur l’hôtel, rien à redire, tout était parfait Mention toute particulière à l’équipe FRAM, et à leur collègue espagnol Rafa 🙂 Encore merci pour tout

Estuvimos en un evento durante 5 días, y la impresión general es que el precio no justifica ni mucho menos los servicios que prestan, Ofrecen un "todo incluido" al que habría que apostillar "menos todas esas cositas". Menos el cambio de toallas, menos las bebidas a partir de las 23.00, menos según qué bebidas.,menos el agua embotellada. Unos horarios dedicados al turismo extranjero y bastante ilógicos. Normas estrictas para según quién (la piscina empieza a vallarse a las 18:30, el bar de la terraza se chapa 5 minutos antes de las 19:00, etc...), que se vuelven flexibles con según qué tipo de clientes: el fin de semana se permitia fumar en la piscina, reservar hamacas, cantar y palmear a según qué clientes más allá de las 24:00 horas). La comida del buffet no pasa de normalita, y en algunos casos tirando a muy floja. Por cierto, a las 14:50 ya te avisan que retiran todo (un horario muy español, pero puedes empezar a las 12:30). Por suerte, la amabilidad del personal tapa esas carencias de la gestión. Creo que 4 estrellas, y el precio que ponen incluso en temporada no alta, son excesivos. De hecho, estuvimos 2 días en Sevilla en un hotel de 2 estrellas, a mitad o 1/3 de precio, y mucho mejor.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et tenons à vous remercier pour tout : l'accueil chaleureux, la gentillesse, les attentions, les conseils, les équipements vraiment complets, les animations variées… Plage, piscine, plusieurs excursions possibles en Espagne ou au Portugal, tout en profitant du calme d’être situé dans un village de pêcheurs.

Todo increíble! La gente que trabaja allí no puede ser mejor! Maria en el bar es increíble, Alba en el comedor siempre con una sonrisa, Cristina, animadora maravillosa… todo el equipo un 10! La habitación una gozada, las camas ,sabanas, la vista, la limpieza, sobresaliente! Solo cambiaría dos cosas: el café y vino blanco del bufé, pero es lo de menos… Gracias por todo!

Hemos pasado un finde buenísimo con un tiempo fantástico y un equipo de animación de 10 es nuestra segunda casa nuestra segunda familia reencuentro que animan a volver una y otra vez. La animación ha sido muy buena los camareros siempre atentos Luisa nuestra camarera de piso un encanto y Angelito se lo ha pasado genial con Estefania en el karaoke nerea y Fran en los juegos Raiana con sus bailes y Raúl la persona con el mejor corazón. Patri te echaremos de menos en recepción aunque tenemos a Sandra y Yaiza. En fin si queréis disfrutar en familia venir a este hotel ahhhhh mil gracias al alcalde por arreglar el camino hacia la playa
