Room checkin was the normal. We had a king size bed with a couch and sitting area. The room was clean but the bed was very hard. At 2:00 AM I called the front desk to see if they had a foam topper. They did not have any such but brought us some additional blankets which I folded and put under my wife’s side to make the bed more comfortable. It made for a very long and miserable night.

Great experience. We'd stay again. Newly renovated beautifully. Excellent breakfast provided right next door for free. Easy check in and check out.

This is my second stay at Jasper Ridge, Friends of mine had suggested this was the place to stay and I cannot say enough about their recommendation. Easy check in, very friendly staff, fantastic rooms, the pool, hot tub, and sauna are to die for, and breakfast every morning. What more could you ask for. P.S. They also offer a camp ground and Vacation Homes, and early reservations may earn you a discount.

The biggest problem was the dampness inside! The carpet, windows, clean linens, bedding were ALL damp. Wifi was non existent! The Jasper Inn desk clerk was not helpful at all! Even stated other guests had complained about no wifi and that he needed to reset it and then admitted to never doing so. The kitchen is very sparsly appointed. Don't plan on fixing many meals. The only reason we are giving it a 3 is because it was a safe and convenient place to stay.

Hotel is really nice. Great hot tub, pool and sauna. However, they closed breakfast early one morning and acted like it was an inconvenience to let me snag some food and coffee. Another visit they didn't tell us they close breakfast early midweek. Not our fault, but they refused to reopen? And now the manager just cancelled our current reservation because of the bad review I gave them. Horrible customer service!

Stayed in vacation home #3. Accommodations were ok for the area. A couple of dirty dishes and silverware. Guests are to clean what they use and put away, so you're at the mercy of the previous guests idea of clean. No wifi the two days we were there. The password was showing as incorrect and the front desk didn't have any answers as to why. So very slow/limited reception. Very mediocre stay

Not a five star hotel but nice and quiet and clean. We stayed here a few years ago and it’s been transformed. Very basic and comfortable. Newish pool which was decent for a swimmer. Although adult hours a little late? Breakfast was inaccessible for anyone who likes to sleep in on vacation as it closed precisely at 9. One suggestion is, it’d be nice to have benches or seating arrangements to enjoy the outdoors especially during the summer

Decent size cabin＞ bathroom not the cleanest, I always take cleaning supplies with me when I travel. TV/ Cable was not the easiest to work. Food crumbs under the refrigerator.
