It was a nice stay. Enjoyed the breakfast. Just enough to get you going. A quiet night. Very clean rooms. Friendly staff. A good value. Close to restaurants and such.

Room checkin was the normal. We had a king size bed with a couch and sitting area. The room was clean but the bed was very hard. At 2:00 AM I called the front desk to see if they had a foam topper. They did not have any such but brought us some additional blankets which I folded and put under my wife’s side to make the bed more comfortable. It made for a very long and miserable night.

Great experience. We'd stay again. Newly renovated beautifully. Excellent breakfast provided right next door for free. Easy check in and check out.

This is my second stay at Jasper Ridge, Friends of mine had suggested this was the place to stay and I cannot say enough about their recommendation. Easy check in, very friendly staff, fantastic rooms, the pool, hot tub, and sauna are to die for, and breakfast every morning. What more could you ask for. P.S. They also offer a camp ground and Vacation Homes, and early reservations may earn you a discount.

The biggest problem was the dampness inside! The carpet, windows, clean linens, bedding were ALL damp. Wifi was non existent! The Jasper Inn desk clerk was not helpful at all! Even stated other guests had complained about no wifi and that he needed to reset it and then admitted to never doing so. The kitchen is very sparsly appointed. Don't plan on fixing many meals. The only reason we are giving it a 3 is because it was a safe and convenient place to stay.

The beds were hard, and the pull out sofa had mold on the mattress area. The positive was the continental breakfast had pre-made egg sandwiches which was a nice addition to the usual waffles, cereal, yogurt breakfast. My child made a waffle that stuck to the waffle maker (they got as much waffle out as possible), the man taking care of the breakfast area made his displeasure to that known.

I did not realize our room was on the second floor. The staff reacted quickly and said if I had a problem with the stairs they would move us. I had no trouble with the stairs. They were not steep, had a landing half way up and had a sturdy railing. The breakfast was nice. All the staff was friendly.
