I used it for the first time. It was a reservation with a pet, but there were not many noisy rules about pets, and pet diapers (each size), pet sheets, crosses, etc. were free and free. The place is walkable distance from train station. Accessible food places and 7-11 store. Ishinomaki is quiet and cosy area to stay in. Morning breakfast is nice and check in and out is easy.
