Минусы:
-Некритичное отличие номера, на фото и в реальности.
-Номера очень маленькие
-унитаз установлен так, что на нем расположиться может только человек с ампутированными ногами в районе ягодиц
-всего 6 мест на парковке отеля, остальные гости ставят машины на дороге и позади отеля возле узла ТПУ (где размещено предупреждение «не ставить авто в радиусе 15 метров»)
-нет зоны приема пищи
-завтрак «скудный»
Плюсы:
-расположение
-кровать не скрипит и удобный матрас
-горячая вода не просто горячая, а кипяток
-завтрак приносят в номер
-персонал
-чистота как на территории, так и в коридоре и номере

Не первый раз останавливались в этом отеле. В номере 3 на втором этаже свежий ремонт. И появился кондиционер в номере, в жару очень кстати! Все понравилось, как и прошлый раз: натуральный кофе, парковка за закрытыми воротами , завтрак в номер. Рядом отличная не дорогая Пельменная. Открылась Монетка в 100 метрах от гостиницы . Очень удобно
