Das Frühstücksbüffet wirkte nicht einladend. Die Aufschnittwurst überzeugte häufig optisch nicht mit Frische, teilweise war sie auch geschmacklich nicht mehr genießbar. Punktabzug gibt es beim Service, da die Tische zum überwiegenden Teil nicht abgeräumt und für die nächsten Gäste auch nicht neu eingedeckt wurden. Somit mussten wir notgedrungen an einem verlassenem Tisch unser Frühstück einnehmen. Unser Hinweis an die Rezeption, doch bitte den Tisch abräumen zu lassen, brachte nichts. Auch nachdem wir gefrühstückt hatten und wir uns erneut an die Rezeption wandten, erfolgte nur ein lapidares "ich gebe es an den Service weiter" - keine Entschuldigung. Zum Zimmer gibt es nicht viel zu sagen, zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Leider mit ca. 20m² für 2 Personen mit mittelgroßem Hund etwas eng. Warum jeden Tag vom Service alle Handtücher gewechselt wurden, obwohl diese von uns nicht auf dem Boden lagen, erschließt sich uns nicht. Wir hätten die Handtücher gern noch weiterbenutzt.

Sehr schöne Hotelanlage, moderne Zimmer, nettes Personal und köstliches Essen im Restaurant. Frühstücksbuffet nicht überragend, aber völlig ausreichend und gut. Wir waren zum 1.Mal hier und haben eine Wiederholung bereits gebucht

Waren für eine Woche auf Schulung in Hannover. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und in gutem Zustand. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig und das Essen von guter Qualität. Das Restaurant am Abend ist ebenfalls gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ein schöner Aufenthalt
Ich bin mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sehr sauber. Das Personal ist nett und hilfsbereit. Beim Frühstück blieben keine Wünsche offen. Man kann von dort aus schön spazieren gehen, liegt
aber auch verkehrsgünstig. Die Bushaltestelle liegt ganz nahe beim Hotel.

Im Hotel Hennies ist man sehr freundlich und um die Gäste bemüht. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war super. Am Tag der Hochzeit sind uns das leckere Essen und der absolut gute Service aufgefallen. Beides wurde auch von unseren Gästen mehrfach gelobt. Eine wunderbare Geste erwartete uns dann auf unserem Zimmer in Form einer handgeschriebenen Karte mit Glückwünschen zur Hochzeit und einem Sekt, sowie Wasser. Ganz herzlichen Dank an das gesamte Hotel Hennies Team! Besser hätte man es nicht treffen können!

Hervorzuheben war der sehr freundliche Empfang und die Zuweisung des Zimmers. Die Auswahl und die Qualität der Speisen im Restaurant war sehr gut. Preis Leistung absolut zu empfehlen. Ich werde bestimmt in Zukunft bei Bedarf das Hotel buchen.
