Das Hotel hat eine super, traumhafte Lage, ist sehr sauber und das Personal war unglaublich freundlich. Und die Aussicht ist phänomenal. Das Frühstück war top, frisch, lecker und mit viel Auswahl. Man fühlt sich rundum wohl. Sehr empfehlenswert, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt – nicht empfehlenswert Unser Aufenthalt war leider enttäuschend. Das Zimmer roch unangenehm nach Schimmel oder Fäkalien und war extrem klein. Das Frühstück bot kaum Abwechslung, und die Balkone wirkten morsch und renovierungsbedürftig. Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht. Wir würden das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

We loved this place. The views are fantastic and the rooms have nice size balconies. The included breakfast buffet is very substantial with many tasty choices from fresh baked breads and pastries, salmon, hams and salami, cheeses, fruits, sautéed tomatoes, courgettes and aubergine, breakfast cereal and muesli. You can swim in lake Brienz across the street and rent kayaks and boards down the street. The hosts are gracious and clearly care to provide a good experience. There is even. Communal refrigerator for guests to keep snacks as breakfast is the only meal provided. Conveniently close to Interlaken. Negatives: no elevator and rooms are small.

I have a booking at this hotel but have had an accident and have been trying for three days to get someone to answer the phone or emails in order to re-book. They do not pick up the phone or answer emails!!! Terrible service so far and haven’t been even arrived at the hotel.

Personne à l accueil , aucun conseil . Téléphone personne ne répond c est désolant . Nous avons du demander à un autre hôtel dés conseil sur la région. Pas de parc à vélo . Vraiment dommage de ne pas avoir une personne lors de notre arrivée … Petit déjeuner très bon

Nous avons adorés notre séjours ici, notre chien à adoré les balades au bord du lac, un sentier est magnifique tout peut être fait à pied sur plus de 10kms! La chambre est bien et le lit très très confortable. L’accès à la télé et à netflix et très sympa également… Merci encore

Wat een lieve mensen zijn Sandra en Werner! Niets is hen teveel; ze doen er alles aan om het hun gasten naar de zin te maken. Ook het huishoudelijk personeel is allervriendelijkst en klantgericht. Onze kamer was prachtig en ondanks dat we geen kamer met meerzicht meer konden krijgen, was er een kleine verrassing: zicht op dé landmark van Iseltwald! En dan de locatie van het hotel: het is niet voor niets dat elke toerist hier het terras op duikt om foto’s te maken, want ja, de allerbeste plek om foto’s te maken! 👍🏾
