La posizione dell’hotel è il vero plus. L’ingresso, da pensione di second’ordine, non deve trarre in inganno perché, varcata la porta, la vista è davvero piacevole. Ogni momento della giornata può essere gustato col mare di fronte in un osso di pace e relax. La colazione, servita in terrazza, è un piacere da assaporare col palato e gustare con gli occhi cullati dal rumore del mare. Maaa.. le comere hanno un bagno angusto con accessori che ossidati, la loro pulizia è quantomeno “frettolosa” e, la colazione gluten free che, certo era presente come previsto, era davvero poca cosa: prodotti confezionati e di bassa qualità. Sull’isola ci sono due pasticcerie che producono prodotti senza glutine: considerati i costi del soggiorno consiglierei di rifletterci…

Amazing location close to sea, very clean, staff very professional and good quality restaurant bar. Also the rooms are quite comfortable but… I have been very disappointed to be informed that for my room (500 eur per day and 10 days stay) there was not bathrobe. They asked extra charges to have it. Not sure this is the right practice but my experience of similar hotels around the world tells me that is wrong. Never got such experience

Avoid this hotel at all costs! We booked this for 1 night and had to change our itinerary. Shortly after booking, I emailed and received no response. I then called and spoke with a woman who said she would give the message to the reservation manager. I have since emailed six times and called 2 additional times. I finally reached out to American Express travel who I booked with and they reached out on my behalf. This ridiculous hotel would not make an exception. Unreal! I have always been able to work directly with hotel if something were to come up. I have never experienced such horrible customer service. Or lack there of. Couldn’t be bothered to even respond to me. Shame on me for booking a nonrefundable. Now I’m out over $600. If you’re looking for great customer service look elsewhere. Speaks volumes on how one would be treated upon arrival.

Hotel raffinato con ristorante e servizio mare ,molto bella la posizione, un angolo di paradiso dove ti senti coccolato, lo consiglio vivamente, anche il ristorante molto carino,fresco dove puoi godere di un tramonto eccezionale ,rilassante e con piatti molto gradevoli.

Storica struttura ischitana in una location fantastica, a picco sul mare ed a due passi dal centro di Ischia porto. Sapientemente ristrutturata, senza stravolgimenti, camera pulitissima, full comfort. Piccoli nei da migliorare, semmai per una stella in più!! Ottimo il ristorante " Il Faro", vista mozzafiato. Il nostro posto a Ischia.

Hôtel magnifique, avec accès direct à la mer, ceci rend le cadre magnifique. Personnel très sympathique. Literie très confortable (lits spacieux) Service de chambre deux fois par jour , un vrai luxe. Le seul bémol - l’hotel est situé à l’entrée du port (gros bateaux à proximité) enlevant un peu le charme de l’endroit.

L’hôtel est en bord de mer avec un accès direct et privé car il est situé sur un pic rocheux aménagé. Cela lui procure un charme indéniable. C’est ce que l’on voit sur les photos. L’arrivée à l’hôtel est surprenante car on traverse une petite zone industrielle en cours de réaffectation. C’est bien ici et bien indiqué - vous trouverez facilement. Hall d’entrée magnifique, check in efficace et personnel avenant. Chambre magnifique, toute blanche avec une belle terrasse et une très bonne literie. Salle de bain et surtout douche spacieuse. Très confortable et design . Climatisation redoutable… si vous êtes sensibles attention 😀 Bel espace piscine, restaurant bon et joli, avec vue. Ça vaut la peine d’y manger au moins un soir, les prix n’y sont pas surfaits et le cadre est magnifique. À proximité immédiate du port et cela provoque quelques nuisances ( sonores durant la nuit si fenêtre ouverte et possiblement qualité de l’eau…) mais représente aussi un avantage car tout le port d’Ischia et la ville même sont faisables à pied ce qui est très agréable le matin tôt.., ou le soir. Nous recommandons donc donc cet hôtel pour un séjour sur l’île,

Hotel nuovo e curatissimo, in posizione ideale, molto vicino al porto di Ischia. La zona è tra l'altro molto ventilata e non abbiamo mai sofferto il caldo. Zona piscina super rilassante, ottimi anche i due ristoranti. Se proprio devo fare un appunto è per il servizio a colazione che offre margini di miglioramento. Resta il nostro hotel preferito ad Ischia e ci torneremo sicuramente
