Old-school Europeen class This hotel is perfect! Old-school charm and class, without being snooty. The location is perfect, in town and next to the castle. Lovely private beach, excellent restaurant. The staff was professional, courteous and helpful. I highly recommend the place.

Excellent choice for holidays with comfort Perfect location with fantastic view on Aragon castle! Right on the beach with all the comfort for a relaxing day at the beach. For thermal pools you are allowed to use thw one in the neighbor hotel. Was very nice. Breakfast buffet with enough variety of choice. On friday and saturday there is a pianist-singer in the bar. Was lovely to spend the evening in the hotel with live music. Globally the service is excellent. The only point for improvement : had a disagreable experience with the reception service of the restaurant which is on the top floor of the building.

Great hotel. Great staff. Great food Great place. The staff were all very friendly, professional and efficient. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The food was of a very high standard. All in all a fabulous place to stay.

Beautiful hotel We stayed for 2 nights and had a wonderful time... The hotel is very sensely located and a 5 minute taxi ride away from the port. FYI taxi to the hotel is 20 euros. Hotel is beautiful and has a classy old timey feel with modern updates. Reception was fantastic and so helpful... They arranged a scooter for us for 35 Euros for 24 hours, suggested restaurants, booked the spa for me via phone... Welcome bottle of prosecco and sweets was very kind. The room was beautiful and spacious, well appointed with a large bathroom. The bed was not very comfortable but everything was very very clean. We had a room overlooking the water and a private patio which was beautiful! We cross the street to the sister hotel and took a dip in the thermal bath... The water was very nice but not as hot as I was expecting. Had a massage in a spa which was fine. Breakfast buffet both mornings was wonderful! Huge spread of foods from savory to sweet, fresh juices, prosecco, coffee to order... Highlight of our stay was Agostano and Gerardo in the bar. They really made our trip so lovely! Agostano is a wealth of knowledge and experience and so warm and kind. Both gentlemen were utmost professionals in hospitality in general and hoteling and bartending. Their knowledge of mixology was astounding. The entire staff was extremely professional and knowledgeable and showed us the true meaning of hospitality.

Lovely stay in off the beaten path Ischia Beautiful location and hotel. A little dated in some parts, but excellent overall. Would have liked to see some mesh nets to be able to leave the window open and hear the sound of the sea. Mosquitos were a big problem as there were about 20 in the room waiting for our arrival. We had to go on a killing spree to get rid of them. Great breakfast and service throughout.

Beautiful hotel. We had a room with an amazing view of the sea. The hotel is located away from the port so not crowded. A short walk to the Aragon castle.
