Premetto di essere un cliente di questo hotel da svariati anni e nell'arco di questi ho notato un continuo peggioramento, nella struttura, nei servizi e nel personale. Pur pagando profumatamente per un 5 stelle siamo rimasti per tutto il soggiorno senza shampoo ,fin quando non l'abbiamo fatto presente alla signora del piano che promanibus ha provveduto alla richiesta senza pero' provvedere personalmente a sostituire il dispenser. La cosa che più di tutte mi ha lasciato sconcertato è stata la colazione dove la sala non era climatizzata ma munita di alcuni ventilatori inappropriati ,trovo assurdo che per tutto l'arco del soggiorno ho dovuto patire il caldo per la loro inefficienza, inoltre i prodotti esposti alla calura non avevano un buon sapore e per l' esposizione degli stessi sembrava di stare ad un mercatino rionale.Dulcis in fundo la spiaggia un ammasso di lettini che lasciavano poco spazio alla privacy, inoltre abbiamo dovuto patire le scorribande di bambini del lido adiacente che con pallonate e schiamazzi si introducevano tra i nostri ombrelloni sotto gli occhi non curanti dei bagnini. E' vergognoso pagare 360 € al giorno per un 5 stelle inesistente !!!! L'unica nota positiva resta la professionalità e la gentilezza del barman Agostino e del direttore di sala Marco e naturalmente il bellissimo panorama.

Ho soggiornato 4 notti in questo hotel 5 stelle con le quali concordo per la gentilezza del personale di reception, spiaggia e sala colazione e per la posizione. Purtroppo darei 3 stelle per la pulizia, capelli ovunque, bagno senza miscelatori e con rubinetti vecchissimi, colazione assolutamente non all'altezza, 3 tipi di marmellata in grandi vasi aperti (fichi, ciliege, zucca e limoni), frutta tagliata non di qualità, affettati sempre uguali. La piscina coperta è sporca, da ristrutturare completamente. Non credo che tornerei. Piccolo dettaglio insignificante: all'atto della prenotazione era scritto che sarebbe stato offerto un cocktail di benvenuto, eppure quando siamo arrivati trafelati, stanchi e accaldati, visto che erano le 11 di mattina, non ci è stato offerto nemmeno in goccio di acqua.

The breakfast was stellar, the room was nice and clean with nice view to the sea and castle. The private beach, while a bit small, was a big plus for us, and the indoor bath+sauna...a bit out-dated, yes, but still, we loved it. We didn't try the hotels restaurant as it looked quite pricy so nothing to say about it. One weird thing: the hotel told us we could not bring our own snacks or drinks, we read that one should not drink the tapwater and...the hotel did not provide us with free bottled water. You would have to pay for it. So that honestly felt a bit tacky.

5 stelle sono poche per una struttura del genere,personale super disponibile,camere molto pulite,terme fantastiche,discesa a mare con piscina e una serie di servizi da favola,lo consiglio davvero tanto,bellissima esperienza. Giornata da favola.

Fantastic location. The island is fantastic and the hotel is situated just on the beach. Staff is freindly and rooms are not the biggest but okay. Cleaning is average. Went to the restaurant for a few times and it was very good with professionel waiters. Will consider returning again

We have been coming here for the last 8-yrs, I guess we like it! Perfect location, excellent service from charming staff, good food should you eat-in. Ischia is still quiet compared to Capri, and towns on the Amalfi coast, but that is how like it, the Riviera as it used to be

Siamo stati assolutamente contenti in questo posto incantevole. Ritorniamo sicuramente! Albergo, personale ,posizione e ristaurante tutto era perfetto . Mai ci saremmo aspettati uno chef così preparato, speciale...abbiamo mangiato 3 sere in seguito con una vista mozzafiato. Antonio Emanuel e Maria ci hanno coccolato davvero. Grazie a tutti per tutto.

posizione fantastica, direttamente sul mare, possibilità di usufruire di piscina termale coperta in albergo e di piscina termale all'aperto, in albergo accanto. ottimo il ristorante sulla terrazza, da cui si gode Impagabile. Personale gentile e professionale, costante negli anni.
