Relais Bijoux è spettacolare, un posto unico nella sua bellezza… a renderlo ancor più prezioso è il titolare, Carlo, un perfetto padrone di casa, un vero Signore. Aver soggiornato qui ha reso il mio 30 esimo compleanno in un’esperienza indimenticabile. Grazie di cuore Carlo, sei un grande!

Der Besitzer „Carlos“ wollte unser Zimmer weitervermieten, weil wir dort die erste Nacht nicht übernachtet hatten. Statt das Zimmer zu stornieren und unser Geld zurückzugeben, setzte er uns unter Druck. Er hat das Zimmer, obwohl wir es bezahlt und eingecheckt haben weitervermietet. Er hat uns nur eine kleine Ausgleichszahlung gegeben und über 2/3 unseres Geldes behalten. Wir waren an 3 Tagen vor Ort. Die letzten 2 Nächte standen wir mit Baby und Frau auf der Straße ohne Unterkunft. Obwohl wir bezahlt und die Schlüssel hatten. Dort hat jemand anderes gewohnt. Er hatte das Zimmer einfach doppelt weitervermietet, um mehr Geld zu kassieren. Wir werden diese Angelegenheit unserem Anwalt geben. - Die Zimmer sind abgewohnt und die Möbel alt - Der Pool war dreckig - Es riecht in dem Zimmer modrig nach Schimmel Das einzige positive an dieser Unterkunft ist der Ausblick. Ich kann nur jedem abraten dort zu buchen. Es gibt viel bessere und schönere Alternativen auf Ischia.

Carlo should run for Mayor of Ischia for all the passion he releases and the love for this magnificent land. Relais Bijoux Ischia is a corner of Paradise that requires at least a week to fully enjoy and unplug. We had a short stay and it's fine, if you can't stay for more days... but we will definitely be back! Spacious and clean rooms, excellent service, delicious breakfast with homemade cakes and 0 km products, concierge service and transport to/from the port. Magnificent view.

Our accommodation, in a magnificent setting, with a breathtaking view of the sea, enchanted us. The staff is warm and helpful to residents. We highly recommend it for a few days of relaxation away from everyday obligations.

View is great. Room is OK but looking tired and in need of refurbishment. Rust on radiator and stain on settee. Breakfast was OK but had better on our trip. Location is OK but you need transport to get to and from the town as roads are not walkable unless you have a death wish. Lots of hype about this place but we just found it to be average.

I booked this facility with full cancellation before October. I changed my plans but getting them to confirm cancellation has been impossible. 3 emails, 1 phone call (no English), then I translated English to Italian and used Whats App. They texted back but still.no acknowledgement. This means i must track until October. Very shady

When you arrive here you are welcomed by the friendliness and professionalism of Carlo, the owner, the first thing you think is that you will never want to leave again... and after having tried their cuisine... you will always be happier ' convinced...A delightful, intimate and particular structure..Also equipped with a shuttle service that picks you up at the port..and takes you back whenever you want..all surrounded by white, the blue of its beautiful ceramics and the fragrant greenery of flowers

Excellent! Carlos and his friends were interesting and hospitable hosts. We stayed for two nights in early march and would have to say this was one of the best breaks we ever had. Although we were out of season, Carlos and his friends were happy to give us some advice on where to eat, and where to visit and even arranged car hire for us. The traditional breakfast was delicious and Carlos arranged taxis to restaurants in the evening. The rooms were comfortable and very clean and we would recommend and return for another visit. Carlos was happy to help and even arranged a taxi for when we returned to Naples. Amazing host and location!
