We have stayed at this hotel a number of times and I can honestly say it gets better ever time. The food, the service , the quality of the rooms and spa is superb. Great location beside the main ski lift in the town. The management deserve top marks as the staff are so well trained.

Sehr schönes Hotel in bester Lage. Wir hatten das Doppelbettzimmer Grand Lit gebucht und leider war das Zimmer in keinster Weise das was wir uns vorgestellt hatten, alleine die Aussicht war katastrophal. Meiner persönlichen Ansicht nach sollte ein Haus mit diesem Niveau ein solches Zimmer gar nicht anbieten. Egal, wir hatten es sofort reklamiert und es wurde uns sehr freundlich geholfen. Das neue Zimmer war in perfekter Lage und einem wunderschönen Aufenthalt stand nichts mehr im Wege. Das gesamte Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und immer freundlich. Wir fühlten uns rundum sehr wohl und genossen unseren Aufenthalt. Wir werden wieder kommen. Bilder sagen mehr als 1000 Worte.

Very arrogant service coming from the top management of the hotel. Senior hotel staff cater to a select few local "royalties" by assigning them the best rooms, centrally located tables at the restaurant and going out their way in meeting their every wish. All other (especially new and non-German speaking) guests are completely ignored and are relegated to the far south corner of the hotel with cheap tiles on the floor and even cheaper and tasteless art on the walls. It has a look and feel of a 3* property at best with the view of a fence and a parking lot. The manager of the restaurant is the worst. Self-important, never says yes to anything and seems annoyed at most clients' requests. Unacceptable. There are a few nice junior staff who are trying their best but their good efforts are easily overshadowed by the factors mentioned above. For this money there are plenty of other places with the right attitude and service.

Its a very nice hotel, so I will just point out aeas which are not 5 stars for sure: - water at dinner (half board) is 10 euros, or 5 for tap - its quite annoying - no water in rooms unless you order from room service for 15 euros - no heat adjustment in the rooms - salad bar and cheese selection pretty average - there is a normal a la carte menu for dinner, not just the daily selection, but unless you ask you are not told - no owners or manager to greet guests at dinner (which happens in pretty much all austrian hotels) Seems like the hotel needs some attention… these are all minor points but all together they just add up…

Incredible hotel - best in class customer service
We stayed in multiple cities all over Austria and this was by far our favorite. The location, the room, customer service, where all exceptional. Highly recommend it.

Das 5-Sterne-Hotel ist nicht wirklich das, was Sie denken, dass es sein sollte. Der Empfang ist nicht wirklich nett. Sie begrüßen dich nicht, sobald du eintrittst, obwohl sie dich hereinkommen sehen. Die Einrichtungen im Zimmer werden nicht erklärt. Die Kellner sind sehr aufmerksam und sind wirklich nett. Im Zimmer: Gemälde hängen schieff; Schränke und Schubladen hängen schieff; Alles, was schief hängen kann, hängt schief; im Badezimmer ist der Wasserhahn undicht (gemeldet auf der Stelle), ist unten an der Hahn nicht richtig angezogen und der Boden wird immer nass, siehe Fotos. Der Chefkoch in der Küche ist das größte Problem: Er versteht nicht, was eine 112-Allergie ist und kennt das Wort, dass die Gruppe zu der dieses Produkt gehört, nicht, weiß es nicht und kümmert sich nicht darum. Es ist wirklich unglaublich. Es musste ein Dutzend Mal erklärt werden und es ist nicht so schwierig. Außerdem ging die nette Kellner das Ei Benedict selber machen, weil die Küche es nach 20 Minuten nicht schaffte. Die Sauce Hollandaise war wirklich nicht das, was sie sein musste. Die Beschwerde wurde per E-Mail an das Hotel geschickt, aber da es nicht wirklich ein nettes Antwort gab, die uns ein Angebot zum Ausgleich des Verlustes bot, ist diese Bewertung mit den dazugehörigen Fotos jetzt online. Leider.
