I had reservations at this hotel, but when I took a taxi arriving at the hotel the front staff told me that there was no room available. I need to go to another hotel. They didn't tell me anything before I came. I used Google maps and found it will take 14 minutes by walking for that hotel. I asked them to give me a ride to that hotel and the staff said she has no car. Then I used Uber to get there for $13 . I asked them to reimburse the Uber cost. They didn't respond. When I arrived at the new hotel the hotel staff knew nothing about how I was moved into their hotel. I traveled a lot . Cannot believe such a thing could happen.

In the United States 🇺🇸! Avoid this hotel! Bad review!
The hotel front desk is posted with the hours of operation from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
There was no one when I checked out at 7am, and I waited until 8am but still no one was there.
Many people checked out during this period, and I couldn't get in touch with anyone by phone.
I can only catch the plane first, and the $100 deposit is not refunded.
Come back and contact Jiecheng to let them communicate
First they said there was a time difference, then they said they could contact their manager, then they said they couldn't contact their manager

For a very small room I paid 103 $ , There is no luggage trolley , Check in took 45 minutes , Buffet breakfast is just name sake , they server only coffee and hot water with oats that's it.
I feel cheated to book my room , I will get far better options in 103 $ for 1 night. I am very disappointed and unhappy that I booked this hotel for this price using trip.com.
I think trip.com is also responsible for this too

The room was fine, spacious for the cost and met its purpose. However, there was not one amenity available, no silverware, glasses, dining ware, no ice, nothing. I have been to other Extended Stay properties and all cooking and dining things were included in the room. There was a note in the room that the front office had these things, but when I asked all they had were plastic spoons and disposable cups. There were also broke down vehicles in the parking lot that looked like they were being used as storage facilities. Also, no elevators at all.
