The room is very satisfactory and clean. There is drinking water in the corridor, free coffee and tea at the front desk, and airport pick-up service. Highly recommended

I had to stay for a day because of a plane stopover.
If you call the hotel from the airport, you can get a free shuttle service.
The hotel room was also comfortable.
Meals were also available at the hotel at a slightly cheaper price than at the airport.

The room is large and convenient for two people. For transit check-in, there is a shuttle bus available throughout the day, and it is convenient to book a time. However, when picking up and dropping off from the hotel, you need to find out the terminal number of Dallas Airport, there are 5 in total.

While the property is in a great location, the hotel itself is not the greatest. We booked this for 8 days and regretted it the first night. The photos of the rims were definitely taken in the “nicer” rooms I presume are up on the 3rd and 4th floor that is only accessible by a different elevator than the main one. The room was outdated, the beds were hard as a rock (all of our backs are sore after our stay) and I think they found the worst / lumpiest pillows and threw them on the beds. The bathroom was extremely small with black mould in the drain of the shower. The door was a sliding door that didn’t lock in either room we had.
The first three mornings we woke up to our toilet randomly was broken forcing us to have to go down to the bathrooms on the main floor lobby. We had to switch rooms and the beds / pillows didn’t get any better. Half of the outlets in either room didn’t work and we were finding random beatles almost every day in the room.
While the staff were friendly and the location convenient I do not recommend staying here longer than a night. This is not a hotel for a long stay or vacation.

Don’t stay here !!!!!
I called on the morning of may 23rd and asked about shuttle service since our flight was scheduled for midnight. The woman who answered was polite and assured me shuttle service would be there. I called after we landed and was told the shuttle would be in route to pick us up.
After a few minutes I received a call from the hotel informing me that he would NOT pick us up where he told us to go. Our car was there from the week before and we paid for to leave it at the hotel because we would be back. It was 1 in the morning and we’re not familiar with DFW. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. I want my account refunded. The way he talked to me was very concerning.
