The staff here was so friendly and incredibly helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, if a bit small. The location would be my only complaint as there was very little around to do and very few places nearby to get food. This would be a good place to stay if you have business nearby and you would definitely need a car to get around.

Free shuttle to and from DFW airport. Actually had contact solution and case for lost luggage replacement. Very kind and helpful staff. Clean comfy room. Decent complimentary breakfast. Will stay here again if stranded at the airport.

The front staff was extremely kind, location not too far from anything and the highway is easily accessible. The room itself was definitely good! Nice, clean, and the gift they give you at the beginning is inviting.

I really had a good stay. Everything was beyond expectation. Front staff are really welcoming. Rooms are cleans and nice. I love how welcoming their staff are. Breakfast was good. Shuttle service is a plus. I was traveling out of state so i didn’t need to rent.

Our stay here was ok. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was ok. The pool was cold, but not unbearable. The staff was very pleasant when we arrived. The air didn't seem to work quite right. We would set it, but it would change on its own to higher temperatures, so it would get a little too warm while we slept. The power went off and on a few times the morning we checked out. When we got to the front desk there was a woman and a man (he appeared to be maintenance) working on the card machine. She looked up at us but didn't acknowledge us. No greeting. No, "just a minute." After a moment, she called another lady from the back. That lady was pleasant, but no mention of the power going out. I felt someone could've apologized for the inconvenience of the power going off and on. Overall, the hotel was 8/10. Comfort was 8.5/10. Staff was 9/10. Amenities were 8.5/10. Breakfast was 6.5/10.

I loved this hotel! Employees were so nice. They even allow us to check out at 3pm with no extra cost. I will stay there again this month.
