Este hotel tiene 0 empatía y humanidad siendo incapaces de anular una reserva que incluía cancelación, es verdad que rebasada en 2 días, por motivo de un aborto con hospitalización. Presentándoles el justificante han sido incapaces de ofrecer una alternativa y únicamente han mostrado indiferencia y negativa a la cancelación. Desde luego estaban en su derecho, pero dejan mucho que desear como personas.

La cama de nuestra habitación tenía chinches, al informar esto se nos ofreció un desayuno de compensación, una verdadera pena.

Vamos todos los años una o varias veces, esta vez la recepción fue mala la atención que recibimos, a la entrada como a la salida en fin. Reconozco que nadie nace aprendido pero un poco más de interés , simpatía y profesionalidad si que pueden. La recepción es la cara del hotel

Old style hotel - room clean and comfortable staff pleasant. However breakfast was a disaster - choices poor pastries overdone bread choice not the best, some extras are needed to bring up the standard. Someone must be able to ensure the food is not overcooked - only egg option was boiled.

Hotel atypique. Personnel agréable et abordable. Chambre dans le style de l'hôtel et bonne literie. Mais insonorisation à prévoir car beaucoup de bruit le soir et au réveil. Je n'ai pas testé le petit déjeuner donc sur cela je n'ai pas de commentaires

We usually stay there when going to Portugal as this is an stop hotel. Location is perfect with good parking facilities. Breakfast is good and sufficient for the price. Rooms are a bit old fashioned but hotel is constantly renovating. Staff is friendly. For a short time in Irun, this a good place to stay since the only one in the center. Even if a bit old, it is clean.

Le plus : parking gratuit, emplacement de l’hôtel dans le centre de Irun Le moins : les tarifs ont beaucoup augmenté depuis le changement de propriétaires. Le petit déjeuner a baissé en qualité et quantité. Nous avons eu froid dans la chambre et la salle d’eau. Chauffage presque inexistant !!!!

Bien mais quelques défauts , j' avais demandé un lit double on se retrouve avec deux petits lits porte qui se ferment mal. Sinon ça allait dans l'ensemble même si a l' accueil ils font un petit geste commercial car ce n'est pas la première fois fois que j' y venais
