The website says booking in from 3 - 11pm. I got to the pub at 8.45 and they were closing the pub for the evening. I didn't expect the kitchen to be open but I did expect to be able to have a drink. I was shown directly to my room with 2 packs of crisps and two small bottles of wine. Not what I expected from booking a pub at all

Rude manager & room not serviced for 2nd night.
The television fell off the wall the first night I reported it at breakfast when I got back for my second night my room hadn’t been serviced and no tv put back. I complained to manager she said ‘we aren’t your slaves’,and wouldn’t give me her name.I was disgusted and left immediately for another hotel in Telford.I have never been treated in that manner ever by anyone in the hotel business. She should not be on your books at all.Robin Hood Inn near Much Wenlock Telford on 13th & 14th September 2024

Excellent value for money.
Excellent location to reach all museums and attractions by foot (within a mile or two). There is a private entrance to the accommodation, with a private terrace seating area. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast. Highly recommend it.
