We should have turned around when we walked in the lobby was dirty, the rug filthy… cigarette butts in front of the hotel and the staff were all outside smoking. Every window was dirty, not just a few smudges.. dirty. We asked as we normally do for a list of local restaurants and they had a book of restaurants that was very grimy. Room was dingy. When we went out to dinner staff was outside smoking, when we came back still there or they were on their next break.

Property and hotel was beautiful. Also loved the bathrooms for their space and great water pressure. We spent days hiking and it was the best shower we could’ve asked for! Beds were very comfortable and the room was immaculately clean! Highly recommend!

Great hotel to stay at. Did have an issue with one of the rooms water temperature was off or something, either a scalding hot shower or cold shower were your options.

Need to upgrade bathroom showers heads Overall, our stay was nice. The staff very friendly. The property is older and the shower water pressure very poor and luke warm water off and on during our stay. The breakfast food was great and the staff there do a great job.

Overall a well appointed, well kept, clean and comfortable facility with pleasant staff. Comfortable bed and decent size TV. WiFi is a decent speed, but is wide open, no password so make sure you use a VPN. The one item that was a little frustrating was the water pressure and temperature (too cold) for the shower.

Had a heater failure in our home causing us to stay here for 11 nights. 2 adults and three year old. This hotel worked great! Our experience started in the hotel lobby fully decorated for the holidays, it was really welcoming and gave you a family friendly vibe. Our room was exceptionally clean and it was great having the suite making it very comfortable for our extended stay. We used the pool almost everyday and the breakfasts were fantastic! We found the staff very helpful and accommodating as we were updating our booking multiple times as we were given updated time lines for the replacement of our heater. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
