Room was clean, not many people staying here so it was quiet. Except our room was by the road and I could hear the traffic. Breakfast was okay, but kind of bland. This was our 3rd Holiday Inn Hotel on this trip so I was kind of tired of the same breakfast.

Dirty and crud in corners of elevator. Humid musty rooms. I requested a Ozonator as I have asthma Dake said he would run it. Came back a couple hours later and Dale said they didn’t have Ozonator. So I was lied to! I then stayed at Towmplace the new hotel in town. Rooms perfect. I was not lied to. Andy the manager at the holiday Inn express did not refund my money. I have always had good luck with other Holiday Inns so this was an unusual experience. I was traveling to help my brother who has Pancreatic cancer.

Extremely friendly staff, breakfast buffet was very good, and rooms are super clean. I Would 100% stay again and recommend this hotel!

When I arrived there was only one person working the desk, which was fine. I was given my key and went up to my "suite" Unfortunately it was the only room available because of the ski jumping competition going on there. Of course that meant I had to spend close to 40% more than what the room usually goes for. The room was fine, it had a coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave and a small sitting area. The only issue was the heat. Apparently, it is either on and really hot or off and then gets cold. It is totally the thermastat issue. I tried to regulate but couldn't. I did tell the front desk and she said she could come and see if she could help. Unless she was in maintenance it wasn't going to work so I said NO. I did suggest that they look at it before the next customer comes. I was there for a funeral and 2 nights and was surprised that there was no housekeeping for my days. I did see a housekeeper in the hall and explained that I was going to need towels and she handed me a few towels. Personally, for $200 a night the least they could do is clean. But oh well. For the cost and the issue of the heat, I probably would not stay there again.

Probably the nicest hotel in the area. Price seems a bit steep for time of year/area. When we pulled up there were only 2 other vehicles for guests present and by morning only a handful more - so fairly quiet. No hot tub, pool was a bit small and water temp a little too cold. Staff was very nice and the hotel in general is kept clean with standard updates.
Breakfast was pretty good with several different options.
