Very efficient and helpful at reception. On arrival Iryna was very helpful on our early arrival, very welcoming and able to accommodate our wishes in tricky circumstances. Very impressed and would come back again. Thank you very much Iryna.

Booked 2 rooms for 2 couples, was next to each other had been emailed about disruptive noise from building works whilst we were there but as we arrived around 5pm saw no evidence of any works luckily. Room was clean but tired guess that’s why they’re refurbishing. my bed sheets had a rip in them which you’d think would be considered a reject by housekeeper rather than left on the bed,first impressions…No plug in the bath so couldn’t use it , plug socket only on one side of the bed. No water in room and vending machine not working but the night staff gave us a small jug of water. My daughter heard loud music above their room all night which was annoying, she wasn’t going to go to reception in the night so when she told them in the morning they couldn’t do anything about it,as “they’d already had their stay”. Overall not bad but could improve.
