Had a lovely time at this lovely hotel, the staff are absolutely amazing they go above and beyond to make sure your stay is amazing, had the best 2 nights sleep too. Perfect location. I would recommend this hotel to anymore. My partner has never stayed in a premier inn either, and he also had the best couple of nights sleep. The receptionists / night stuff alwys have a smile on their faces and are very helpful and friendly.

Room was clean tidy and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Easy to find once came off A14 and easy to get back on to A14 and into Ipswich. Wasnt impressed with the Swallowpub however. Unable to get a warm drink when I got back at 8.00 - machines switched off. As I had people with me that was a nuisance.

Great stay friendly staff and comfy beds would stay here again if I was in Ipswich. Food was good at the swallow next door and all staff were friendly. Air con was an added bonus in this hot weather. Check in was fast and room had everything I needed for a great stay

I really didn't expect such a good stay at these massive chains for hotels, but from booking, to reception greeting and stay, the staff, room and facilities were all very good and to a high standard. Definitely use again. The hotel was ideally located for our planned activities including Beach Days!

Staff are very friendly and nothing is to big of an issue for them. The chocolate bar in the room was an added extra and appreciated after a long day. I will be staying here again when I am in Ipswich thank you to your wonderful staff for everything they make this premier inn

I stayed at the Premier Inn Ipswich South East for two nights while visiting friends in the area, and I was really impressed with the overall experience. The location is convenient—just off the A14, making it easy to get into Ipswich town centre or head out to the Suffolk coast. There’s ample free parking, which is always a plus.

An ergonomically designed room which met all my needs and a comfortable bed. The room was very clean with excellent decor and carpet. There was safe parking for my car with numerous blue badge spaces which was helpful. Inability to connect WiFi.
