Condition of bathroom must be renovated, not ideal to be used. Water draining out from the drainage hole was at a snail pace.
Check in receptionist needs to inform the guest about the car pass procedure whereby you need to collect a car pass to exit but was not informed.
Was provided with a room on the 1st floor upon check in and it was not up to my expectations. Given a room with about 8 aircon compressors just outside the room window. I expect the compressors to be noisy when the compressors are switched on
Requested for a room on a higher floor upon check in and only upon insisting for the room to be changed because of the compressors, the room was changed to a higher floor which is a non-smoking room and the occupancy rate was quite empty.
Not likely to return or advise others to stay here

Friendly staff. Stable WiFi except for the first day. Shower with plenty of water and hot temperature. Water server available. 10 minutes to Jalan Bendahara station, Sri Maju bus station in Ipoh city. There are few restaurants in the neighborhood, but Yum Cha House Dim Sum is a highly rated dim sum restaurant with a long line. Try the teppan tofu at De Money Cafe, a Western-style Chinese restaurant.
