The hotel is totally different with the photo, look old and scary from outside, I do not stay in the hotel when I see the condition, I just turn away and book another 1 even the payment is not refundable.

This is absurd. I book this on my business trip and was arrived at 11pm. Tho the check in is until 23.30pm, I was not allowed to check in because the whole building was closed. This is not acceptable.

A very run down place. Lift, TV and wifi faulty. Need to climb more than one floor of stairs to reach allocated room. Plenty of parking.

Possibly the WORST hotel I've ever stayed in before in my whole entire life! I arrived at 2pm so didn't have much choice to go rebook somewhere else plus no refunds given, I spent most my day out but my sleep was horrendous, massive cock roaches everywhere, lift broken, tiles broken, bedroom disgusting, smoke smelling dirty sheets, aircon either freezing or turn it off and be boiling, bathroom I didn't even want to get clean in so didn't shower. No toilet roll, just basically absolutely horrendous! Shouldn't even be allowed to be open. Disgraceful.
