Check in could be faster if the new employee was guided by a more experienced one.
Was surprised to be given a queen size bed when I booked a twin. But it was okay with me as I realized I got more table space.
Despite the noisy next door guests, I could fall asleep easily on the cosy bed.
No complaints.
