The Koser House is an upscale tailgate home only 3 blocks from Kinnick Stadium and the University of Iowa Hospital. This Mid Century Modern Masterpiece has been updated for your upscale tailgate and or extended stay. It has 5 bedrooms with 6 beds. The beds are all King & Queen sizes. The Koser House can sleep as many as 12 if there are 2 people in each bed. We have 2 full bathrooms. 1 up staris for the 3 bedrooms up and 1 downstaris for the 2 bedrooms down. There are 2 family rooms and one up and one down with large tvs. The garage and deck create a fun 3rd family room for entertaining all of your tailgating friends. This was the perfect location for attending a football game. Very close to the stadium, lots of room, and several televisions. Loved Stella's, the bar/restaurant down the street. Manager Brian was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Stay for wedding
Very clean. Very adequate for our family - 2 children, 1 older teens and 8 adults. I initially was concerned about having only 2 bathrooms, but we managed that very well over the 3 days. We were in Iowa City for a wedding and everyone was happy with our accommodations.

Perfect spot close to Carver
This was the perfect home and location for our large family to have a home base for our Hawkeye’s graduation weekend. The house was very cozy and nicely stocked. Bryan not only made it feel very personalized with freshly stocked coffee/water, notes and welcome baskets, but also stopped by to clear the driveway and deck from tree helicopters for us to host family for lunch after commencement.Would highly recommend this VRBO and hope to stay again for future Hawkeye game!

IA City family holiday
Our family group included senior parents, mid age and teens. The house has recently been updated throughout and offered a comfortable setting for our group. There is a lot of well thought out space and amenities packed into this small house. The location is ideal walking distance for IA games and activities. We rented in December and walked to Carver for a game. The driveway is a bit tight for larger vehicles, and careful your vehicle is not on the sidewalk - you might get a ticket. Without a doubt, we would book this little gem again.

Hidden Gem close to stadium
Great "little" house with so much space and close to the stadium. The house is perfect for a crowd with many spaces to gather, both inside and out. Decor is super cute. Will definitely stay again!
