Very disappointing stay. We arrived and checked in at 5pm. We then went to the restaurant at 5.30pm to ask for a table for 2, we were told a table would not be available until 6.45pm. There was only 10 people in the restaurant at this time. We ate elsewhere. We returned later in the evening 10.20pm, for a alcoholic drink, to be told last orders , the bar actually closed at 10.30pm, early for a Friday evening? Several other guests tried to purchase drinks but we're told bar closed. The heating in the room was set at 24°, but it didn't warm the room up. We stay in many Premier Inns, but I'd definitely look elsewhere from now on.

We travel to this hotel every 3-4 weeks to visit family. As my husband has mobility issues it can be tricky to get a suitable accessible room close to reception. In the last two trips we have had wonderful service from 2 particular members of staff on reception - Wayne and Andrew! Both extremely helpful, friendly and did everything they could to support us. Thanks both!

Have stayed at this hotel back in March and went again November. Picked it last time die to location/cleanliness and friendliness of staff. This time round I was quite disappointed and felt standards had slipped quite a bit. Our room this time seemed much older than the last time round and had a smell of damp that we couldn’t get out the room. Overall it appeared clean but looking further there were issues with mould on the window behind the curtain. The staff seemed disinterested this time and a bit fed up. There’s simple things the hotel isn’t doing - for the 3 days we there were two empty mugs sitting at the entrance door that weren’t moved the whole time. Legend has it they are still there to this day. Don’t get me wrong - at £100 for 2 nights it was still great value and to be honest I can’t complain. That said I’d rather pay a bit more to get a better standard of room. Hopefully the hotel can get back to where it was as would like to go back.

Never again. Shower not properly cleaned. Looked for dinner around 5pm to be told I hadn't booked so would be after 7 before we could eat. Restaurant looked pretty empty. Returned at 10.40 and told bar was closed. Breakfast next day was the worst ever. Hot food was cold and inedible. Didn't bother going for breakfast on second day even though paid in advance. Was a fan of Premier Inns, but enough is enough. Won't be back.

Disappointing experience. Dirty room and shabby amenities. Zero Customer service. Rude staff in dining area. Mattress old and needs replacing. Air con noisy and gurgled. Hairs cooked into fried egg and food items not refreshed often enough.

Decent room, bed and shower. Unfortunately that was it. Corridor to rooms on floor 2 had carpet that must have been recently lifted not refitted properly, so was loose, wrunkled and a trip hazard. Mentioned this at reception and apparently new nothing about it. Restaurant is only operating at a reduced capacity, wasn't mentioned at check-in meaning we couldn't get a table early evening (there is nothing else within walking distance). Managed dinner on our 3rd night, very mediocre to be honest, no better than a supermarket micro meal. We use Premier Inn a lot and this one (with the exception of the room) was the poorest we've been in.

Stayed here once before and it was fine - not so much now. Room wasn't properly cleaned, hairs in the shower..... bed sheets were thin and holed and bed looked like it had been made up very quickly, and without care. We were attending a match at Dingwall, and went to restaurant at around 5.00pm. Although it seemed virtually empty, we were told '"haven't booked" and first time available was 7 o'clock. No good for a 7.45 KO. We returned at 10.35pm and hoped for a couple of drinks, told the bar shut 10 minutes ago! Breakfast......... went down about 10 to miss the rush (lots of vans in car park suggested many workers were billeted there) hardly any food left, a few fried eggs in various stages of injury...... bacon looked good as did the single sausage I got to before my wife , but like everything else 'under the lights' was stone cold. Not even warm. Despite having paid in advance for breakfast on two mornings we didn't bother the next day. All in all (after a similarly disappointing stay in Premier Inn Elgin) I have decided 'never again'. Used to be my first choice for decent stay and adjacent eatery but these last two stays have been absolutely rank rotten. Avoid.

Room wasn't up to scratch and we had to move Rooms late at night due to Shower not working (no water in bath/shower) however the next Room was slightly better, this was very disappointing after enjoying many stays in Premier Inns over the years.

Usual excellent beds and comfortable room. Restaurant was appalling. Arrived at 20:45 after a long day and drive. Restaurant could not accommodate us as it was too busy. It was clear that the key consideration was that it closed at 21h00. Breakfast was laughable. Pile of rejected plates at buffet section with no clean ones. No coffee cups at coffee machine or glasses at the juice bar. Absolutely rubbish and I have another 3 Premier Inns this week. 😱
