I agree with another traveller that while this property has been updated and renovated, the work was not done as well as it could have been, or else it succumbed to wear and tear pretty quickly. The Inn is acceptable accommodation if you’re on a budget, but I’ve seen budget accommodation done better, too. The front desk clerks were great, the offered bagged to-go breakfasts would have made up for the in-house restaurant being closed the morning of our stay if I didn’t have dietary issues. However, the worn carpeting and decor as well as wear and minor damage to the bathroom didn’t leave me with a good feeling at checkout, unfortunately. I do hope more investment is made in this property as I think it has a lot of potential.

Easy check-in process and helpful staff. We were early and they got us a clean room dinner than expected. The hotel was clean and the beds here extremely comfortable. The location is fantastic: the beach was a short walk away and the shops were the other direction.

We went to visit friends and we booked this hotel as there weren’t many choices left. The room was quite gross under the sheet on one of bed there we brown stains and blood stains on the duvet. We just didn’t use that bed as we had two beds. The beds felt smaller than queens. Would not stay here again. They only have the location going for them. But don’t waste your money there are no amenities really and the room was filthy. Plus ********** has been trying to reach them for days now on our complaint and they are not answering… costumer services is the worst.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the hotel, considering how reasonably priced it was. Excellent location, close to downtown, and minutes from the beautiful beach. My business was in Golden, but there was absolutely nothing available in my price range, so I booked at Invermere Inn and commuted. I'm really glad I did. I now plan to return with my husband for a getaway weekend, and will be booking at the Invermere Inn & Suites again.

Popular hotel in Invermere. Clean and sufficient for a short stay. Attached restaurant has excellent food for breakfast. Check in staff is very nice. Beware if there is a sports team staying at the hotel. Walls and ceilings are thin and you will hear everything.

A good quality hotel that l assume was recently reno’d as the room, bathroom and hotel inside seemed all modern and good condition. l assume the hotel itself is quite an older building. Our ground floor room was quite large with 2 queen beds, everything clean and a high standard. A good location in the centre of town and a minutes drive to the lake that has good parking, walking there would be no problem. A fairly small lobby, l didn’t see a restaurant and there was no breakfast facilities, however there is an excellent bakery across the road that serves good coffee as well, only problem it may open too late in the morning for some guests. Coffee was help yourself in the lobby. They are pet friendly which was a plus, most other hotels nearby are not. l thought the price was reasonable when you compare it against other hotels nearby. If l stayed in the area again, l would look to book this hotel.

The hotel staff were great. The pillows were not that great but the room was, otherwise, as expected...very clean, plenty of room, and quiet. The restaurant food was very good. My family and I enjoyed our stay and are very likely to return next year.
