Our 4 bedroom house has been recently fully renovated to brand new build quality and boasts 2 full bathrooms including an extra large shower and bath in the main bathroom. A small apartment with privacy and parking in front of the door. Not the newest but very well equipped, especially the kitchen. There were various cooking utensils and coffee, tea and hot chocolate.
It is very spacious and you can sit comfortably at a table or work because the WiFi is reliable and stable.
You can wash and dry laundry.
The motel is right on the main road and therefore it is a bit noisy when there is a lot of traffic.
It is also a bit outside the city center. However, shops are within walking distance.

The main reason to go to Invercargill is to check in at the world's southernmost Starbucks. Etc. The hotel parking lot is in the public parking lot diagonally opposite. You need to register your license plate at the front desk before you can park, but it is free. There is a shopping mall in Invercargill and the world's southernmost Starbucks near the hotel. There is also a Queen's Park to visit. The town is not big and not crowded and very quiet.

The hotel is in a very central location and has its own underground paid parking lot. Parking is free at the door at night. The oysters in the nearby town of Bluff are delicious. There is a very popular local restaurant that is great and requires advance reservation. New Zealand's express hotels do not retain guest information, only verify the reservation name, and pay great attention to privacy.

The door is the parking space. When we go there, the foreigners live more. We are scheduled to arrive early, and we are allowed to check in early. When you check in, tell us about the places where Inver can swim. We set it for two days and we packed up the room the next day.
