Inuyama is the city where I was born and raised. I went to visit my parents' graves and also to see the Inuyama Festival. I am grateful for the warm hospitality of the staff. Thank you very much.

I visited around 20:00. Perhaps there was a vacancy in the room, he prepared a large room and spent a relaxing time. I forgot my mobile charger and lent it to the reception until morning, which was really helpful. It is very convenient because it is close to the station and I would like to use it again.

The Japanese-style room is not very big, but it is very clean, with full bathing facilities, and comfortable! Very cost-effective! We store luggage for free on the day of departure, and take the initiative to take us to JR station for free when we return to pick up our luggage. Thank you so much!

The room was spacious and clean, and the hot springs were small, but you can enter slowly if you choose the time zone. The food was so delicious that I couldn't help but refill the rice. The staff were nice. Especially the receptionist and the women in the restaurant are very friendly and I would like to use it again next time.

The advantage is that it is quite close to the castle town, about 7-8 minutes walk, which is about the same as going to Inuyama Station. Note that when you come out of Inuyama Station, take the west exit, which is close, just go straight and turn right and you will arrive. The disadvantage is that the cover is very uncomfortable, just a piece of cloth under the quilt, which is easy to fall apart.

Due to an error I made while booking, I mistakenly booked the hotel for 25/9 instead of the intended 26/9, and I was unaware of this mistake until i rushed into the lobby. When I arrived at the hotel, it was already dark, and the staff informed me that there was no reservation under my name and discovered that the booking was for the previous day. While I contacted Trip.com’s customer service, a senior hotel staff member who spoke Mandarin diligently followed up on my situation. She was very attentive, constantly reassuring me and stating that they had a room for me. I am very grateful for her support; however, the other two staff members on duty seemed a bit impatient. Even when I thanked them after the issue was resolved, they did not make any eye contact with me, which is very rare in Japan. I hope this was just an isolated incident. After successfully contacting Trip.com’s customer service, they said they would directly contact the hotel, and if the hotel cooperated, they could change the check-in date for free. Fortunately, the hotel manager unconditionally assisted in changing the check-in date, and I was able to check in smoothly that night. This incident also increased my impression and confidence in Trip.com. I specifically wrote this experience to express my gratitude to the Trip.com team!
