"Hygiene: The hygiene in the bathroom is a bit unbelievable. The toothbrush and shampoo bag used by the previous tenant were still left on the iron rack for shower gel in the bathroom.
Facilities: The bed board is much larger than the mattress. When I got up at night, I couldn’t see and my feet were covered with blood!
Service: Check-in was a bit slow. We booked 11 rooms and it took almost an hour to check in!
Environment: The hotel courtyard environment is OK."
