The house features one bedroom with a king bed, one bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. It is a beachfront property located on the second floor inside Cabrita by the Sea Condominiums on the east side of the island. The pebble beach is right outside the condo, and the sandy beach is a 7-10 minute walk away. We are also providing two beach chairs, a cooler, and beach towels for your convenience on beach days. Please note that children under 18 years old are not allowed to stay in this house.It’s conveniently located just a short walk from the Ritz Carlton, a 7-minute drive from Red Hook, and a 25-minute drive from the airport. Its location is exceptional, offering serenity and direct access to the ocean. If you’re interested in snorkeling, simply step in front of the condo with your water shoes and mask, and you’ll discover a stunning underwater world. During the day, you can observe various boat and ferry activities moving through Mullet Bay from the balcony. In the evening, you can enjoy picturesque sunsets.Guest access: You and your guest will have full access to the entire house, including the balcony. You are welcome to use the mini-golf course on the premises, and the condominium also features an ice machine for your convenience. Additionally, there are on-site coin-operated washers and dryers available to meet your laundry needs during your stay.
