The large private dock has deep water and is great for fishing or swimming. Enjoy the sunset in the evenings with a grill and fire pit in the back yard. The kitchen has a new stainless steel fridge and gas range.There is a 25' pontoon boat available for an additional cost - please message us or contact Bay Bridge Sport Shop (on Sodus Bay) for more details. 1 bedroom has a queen bed. The other 2 bedrooms each have a double (full) bed. The den off the main living room houses a day bed with a trundle for added sleeping space.
