But don't forget the wildlife hikes, bird watching, photography, canoeing, kayaking, swimming, shoreline picnics, boating, trap shooting, nature hikes, check on the cows, check the crops, finding waterfowl in the diked ponds, what are the prairie dogs up to, watching fox pups play, what type of cactus is this, where does this draw go, what lives in this hole, exploring the shoreline and the list goes on. Want to sit on the deck and hang out. View the river. Watch the wildlife on the surrounding hillsides and in the air. Watch the cow/calf pairs enjoy their pasture. BBQ grill on the deck.
