We are thirty seconds from Highway 105 Downtown Foscoe. You will find that this location is very pleasing for all walks of life golfers, skiers, sightseers, hikers, fishers, etc. The home is accessible too, only half a mile off of Highway 105. The road is paved up until the driveway, and the driveway is relatively flat for access in the winter by most vehicles. We call this home Herb's House, named after a family member. It is completely renovated with new floors, kitchen with fine cabinetry and granite. Both full bathrooms have new showers and sinks, nice tiles and fresh linens. Take pleasure in walking through the sliding glass doors to the outside deck to observe nature and the profile of the Grandfather Mountain (visible in the winter on the property).
