The location is great - It's in a quiet neighborhood, but only 5 minutes from great coffee in Flat Rock or great restaurants in Hendersonville. And 30 minutes to Asheville and the Biltmore. Great place to chill!Just to make it easy, there are just a few steps up to the front door. There is an open layout with a central family room, a fully equiped kitchen and a true dining room. There are 3 bedrooms - a large primary suite with 2 walk-in closets, a clawfoot tub and access to the deck. The other 2 bedrooms have large closets and a generous jack and jill bath attached. There is full hall bathroom (with shower) steps away from a well equipped workout room and a home theatre room upstairs with a big TV and sectional sofa (could be a spot for kids to sleep.) There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer in case you need it.I love the beautiful hardwood floors, custom kitchen cabinets, and the over-sized windows. It has an "at home luxury" feel.My favorite spot is the big back deck with a relaxing Adirondack chairs, a dining table, a barbecue and outdoor TV. The flat backyard is great for kids to play.
