As a result of both the garage doors and the kids, we promise to respect your space and privacy, especially during prime sleeping hours!If you're planning to cook, the kitchen is well-stocked with utensils, cookware, hand tools, a blender, a hand mixer, and even a few common spices. We know our way around our own kitchen fairly well and have done our best to include all of our most liked and used items. Please bring your own charcoal if you plan to use the grill.The laundry room includes a washer and dryer, both large capacity. Enjoy the complimentary laundry soap and softener!We love extra clean spaces and assume you do, too! For your safety and comfort, we launder all used linens, including duvets, extra comforters, and throw blankets between each guest.ADDITIONAL POLICIES:Exceeding the maximum number of guests allowed (5) will result in an additional fee of $15 for each additional guest per night stayed. If evidence of a pet is discovered during cleaning after guests leave, an additional cleaning fee of $100 will be charged.
