The master bedroom has a breathtaking view of the Gulf, while the living room has a beautiful lake view of Phillips Inlet. This 2-bedroom, 2½-bathroom vacation rental also features: Master bedroom with King bed Guest bedroom with 1 Queen and built-in Bunk beds A dining area that offers seating for 4 people A balcony; porch/veranda Washer/Dryer Full kitchen Maximum Guest Occupancy: 6 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.) Parking: The process for paying for permitted parking at Pinnacle Port is completed by guests, so please ensure you follow the directions provided: the property manager will share an invite link with the guest. The guest will then use the link (provided below) to pay for parking. The cost is $30 per vehicle plus fees (technology fee/credit card fee). No more than two cars are allowed per reservation. Guests are encouraged to print their parking passes directly from the portal. If that isn’t possible, the QR code on your phone will allow the concierge desk to print it for you. Parking passes should be visible on your vehicle’s dashboard for the entirety of your stay. Vehicles parked on site without valid parking passes are subject to being towed at the vehicle owner’s expense. Upon arrival at the security gate, guests will show their pass to patrol personnel to gain entrance to this community. NOTE: We need to be notified immediately regarding last-minute bookings! Other details to note: The trash chute is in the elevator lobby. When you head to the elevator from the unit, turn to the right to locate the chute.
