Visit a variety of local restaurants/bar & grills or stay in & cook in a fully stocked kitchen & hang by a fire. Enjoy!After a full day on the ATV/Snowmobile/Bike trails, taking in the Lakes, or exploring the quaint downtown area shops settle back into the cabin & cook up a wonderful dinner in a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, solid oak cabinets with GE Profile Slate appliances... while overlooking your private wooded backyard where you are sure to see active wildlife. If you aren't up to cooking the area has many local restaurant that will take over the cooking for you! Sit back and relax in our newly added HOT TUB! Also our large deck with outside dining is one that everyone will enjoy after the day's fun. The King bedroom with walk in closet & 43" Smart TV and nearby full bath is located in the basement while the two bedrooms with 32" Smart TV's are located on the main level share another full bathroom. If needed there is a Queen air mattress that can be used in the basement. This cabin is fitted with comfortable, quality furniture * Carefully Maintained *Once we have accepted your reservation we will email a contract to be completed to your personal email address. The contract needs to be completed with 48 hours and returned. Once we receive the contract we will send our guest book with details of the area so you can plan your trip in more detail. Bring or rent an ATV or UTV to explore the beautiful north woods on the trails surrounding the area.In the fall there is no better place to see the colors than right in the middle of them, The woods explode with color and there are plenty of fall festivals and farmer markets to enjoy.If your a winter person there no better place to settle in than our cabin which is right across the street from the snowmobile trail system that will keep you going for hundreds of miles. Or dig out the snow snoes or cross country skis and enjoy nature from within on any number of the hiking/ cross country ski trail systems. If fishing is your thing you can catch a meal or two ice fishing on our lake or any of the numerous lakes in the area. The Sugar Camp chain is 70% state owned land so it is very pristine, you would be hard pressed to find a more beautiful location. This is a class A Musky, lake but is also known for its Wally Pike, small and largemouth bass and abundant supply of panfish.The Grandview is next to The Lodge at Pike Bay and we have other rentals near the same area for larger groups. My flower beds are still abundant and make the area feel like cottages of yesteryear. The Pinewood is located on Dam Lake (797) acres and is one of a five lake chain known as the Sugar Camp Chain of Lakes. 70% of the land is owned by the state of Wisconsin. You will be hard presses to find more beautiful scenery anywhere. Wildlife abounds in this quiet bay, bald eagles, otters, beaver, ducks, osprey are sighted often. The Sugar Camp Chain is also know for its fishery. Trophy Muskie (class A lake) Walleye, Bass, Northern, Crappies and numerous panfish are in abundant supply.The Pinewood is also adjacent to the American Legion State Forest for those who enjoy exploring the thousands of acres of forest ..or perhaps grouse or deer hunting or a remote fishing trip.
