"The hotel is located near the beach, and it made my last day in Boston joyful by allowing me to fully experience the city.
The staff at the reception and cleaning sections are super kind, and they solved problems efficiently. I deducted stars because of the serving staff in the breakfast section. I missed breakfast by 9 minutes due to heavy travel and couldn’t get up earlier. When I headed down to the breakfast area, which I had paid for for two people, there was still a bit of food left. I was simply taking only two apples, as I knew the service was closing shortly. The staff member wrapping up aggressively took them out of my hands in a very rude manner. This made me quite upset, as I had never experienced anything like it before in any other Hilton franchises. As a result, I deducted two stars for this. However, the rest of the staff I encountered were kind, caring, and supportive.
Lastly, I didn’t use any water or payment-based products, but suddenly $6 was charged after checking out several hours later. The staff promised to return the money, and I hope everything concludes beautifully."

Specialty Steele Canvas shower tote bags complete with branded robes slippers and lotion are provided for added convenience. ADA compliant accessible bathrooms are available on every floor.
"I stayed in the queen room with a bathroom in the room, and honestly, I wouldn’t book this option again. The room is much smaller than the ones without a bathroom — no desk, no chair, and barely enough space to fully open a mid-sized suitcase. And weirdly, it’s more expensive.
While the room itself is clean and the staff are lovely (no complaints there), the bathroom setup really wasn’t it for me. There’s no ventilation, so once you shower, the whole bathroom gets steamy and wet — and since there’s no shower separation, everything including the toilet gets soaked. Speaking of the toilet… it doesn’t have a lid, so every flush sprays out into the open air, which is kind of gross, especially in such a small, damp space. Also, there’s nowhere to put your clothes or towel while showering — no hooks, no shelf, nothing.
Unless having an ensuite is non-negotiable for you, I’d recommend booking a room without a bathroom. You’ll get more space for less money, and if you don’t mind using the shared facilities down the hall, it’s probably a better deal overall."

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall pleasant experience. The location is convenient, with easy access to local attractions and public transportation. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.
The room was clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable bed and essential amenities. However, some areas could use improvement—noise from the hallway was noticeable at times, and the Wi-Fi connection was a bit inconsistent.
Breakfast had a decent selection, though it could benefit from more variety. The overall atmosphere was welcoming, and the hotel provided good value for the price. I would consider staying here again but would appreciate some minor upgrades in service and facilities."

"We stay here a lot. The rooms are big, climate control is quiet, and shuttle service to airport is every twenty minutes, starting at three in the morning, and does not require a phone call for airport pick up. Beds are comfortable, shower is good, and there is a fridge in the room. The area is not spectacular but we do feel safe. Many restaurant choices on Uber so we have what we need for total comfort."

"Apartment-style hotel, the room is spacious, you can cook by yourself, there is a refrigerator. There is breakfast, although the variety is not very rich, but basically everything is available, the nutrition is definitely balanced. What satisfies me most is that there is hot water, which can be obtained at the front desk at any time throughout the day. The location is also very good, there are many buses around, and it is not far from the Orange Line subway station, which is very convenient for travel. There is a large supermarket across the street downstairs, which has all kinds of daily necessities. The staff are very friendly and the service is also in place. Highly recommended."

"Stayed for five days in total. The hotel is more than ten minutes' walk from the red line subway station. There are large supermarkets and small supermarkets around, but there is nothing suitable to buy in the supermarkets. There are no Chinese restaurants around. McDonald's is half an hour away. There is a wine shop that is not bad. Because I leave early and come back late, I actually live here. The room is large and the facilities are old."

"First of all, the location is perfect! It takes ten minutes to walk from Back bay station, and then I found that it is very close to Copley Square. The street is very beautiful. I have received the door password for check-in before. But I couldn't open it early. Hotel service has monitoring and guests who see the door will open the door remotely. The hotel is very feel, a typical warm small hotel. The elevator is large and the front desk can store luggage on the ground floor. The room was quiet and large on the 3rd floor. The suite has an induction cooker. The sofa is a bit old. The bedding and towels are neat and tidy. Breakfast was a bit simple, a bread, eggs and water drinks in the refrigerator. Of course there is coffee and cereal milk. Water and drinks are taken casually, apple and cherry drinks are very fragrant, and people who never drink drinks have also drunk a few bottles. Great hotel, recommended!"

GGIULIANOWe spent a long weekend at this hotel. First, a free local shuttle express bus takes you from Logan Airport to Back Bay Station, which is just a four-minute walk from the hotel entrance. Check-in was smooth, friendly and efficient, and we were given our requested room.
Our room was spacious and well-equipped, with a fantastic view over Boston Bay. It had a spacious seating area, a large flat-screen TV, a full size in-room fridge, a spacious rain shower, and ice stations on each floor. The bed and bedding were of high quality, and there was a selection of pillows to choose from.
One of the most impressive features of this hotel is the in-room security safe, which is rare in many US hotels. There are also excellent food and beverage facilities on-site, and an extensive room service menu. The housekeeping was of a high standard, and complimentary water was provided each day.
If you haven’t already, I highly recommend signing up for the Marriott Bonvoy awards programme in advance of your stay. This will give you free WiFi for your entire stay.
The hotel is located in downtown Boston, with easy access to Back Bay and Copley Square metros, the Boston Public Library, Prudential Centre, and many other facilities such as supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Fatal services: they do not clean or make the room during the first 3 nights of your stay and you have to request in advance that they do it for the 4th and/or successive nights.

Reception staff... not bland, the following... and in a city where the Spanish language predominates, they don't speak it. The bar and room staff almost all speak English and Spanish, in addition to their kindness... Perhaps they should exchange salaries and functions from one another and the hotel would improve remarkably.

First. There is No robes. I tried to call lobby so many times! no answer . ( I had exactly same problem couple days ago when we stayed at your hotel. I had to go downstairs to ask for robe)
Second. No answer lobby phone as I mentioned at first we’ve tried to call lobby so many time for services. ( Cart, water, etc) but NO answer
Every time when I need I had to go Downstairs..
(Until last year? You guys were so good! since this year summer! I believe that you guys were NO answer AT ALL)
Third. This is major !! We had a flight next morning so we booked your hotel as usual but we got connection room that I didn’t know even when we are check in there is nothing mentioned
We were about to fall asleep around 12am and we hearing some grrrrrrr grrrrrrrr I thought A/C had something problems and we realized we HEARING someone’s snoring our next door!!!!
And we couldn’t sleep at all stayed all night to go the airport next morning ….
I got so mad… we paid for a night $550 at 5stars hotel and no sleep …no comfort there is no difference $80 inn out there..
So i claimed it next day when I checked out
There is one lady who helped me checked out she told me she cant do anything with it but she will give me Email address of manager so i can claim through them

JJonathan LiemGood: Bed and sheets were comfortable, room was clean upon arrival, I liked the bathroom/shower design, the complimentary coffee each morning was excellent and worth drinking over going to a coffee shop. Trip.com said that food/beverage was not included, but received food/beverage gift cards for each day of stay, so this was a nice surprise when I arrived and helped justify the cost of staying at this hotel. This was the most affordable hotel I could find at the time, so it worked out better than expected.
Not so good: Mix of friendly and not-as-friendly staff at the front desk, bar, and housekeeping. The lobby smelled way too strongly of perfume - I don't know why it needs to be that strong, room was smaller than I expected, but perfectly adequate for a solo/couple.

I would have been upset if I had thought it would be as hygienic as Korea.
They cleaned the room every day, but they didn't change the blankets.
They just re-set them.
So there were hairs and cookie crumbs in the blankets. 🥲
I didn't want them to fight, so I cleaned them up~^^

GGuest UserThe hotel charges a $300 security deposit and an automatic 18% gratuity on any food/drink purchased. A bowl of oatmeal and coffee was $23. There is no breakfast buffet available. The rooms are tiny and designed very much like a cruise ship cabin, complete with bunk beds! There are no closets, drawers or counter space in the room and only 6 hangers (to hang clothes where?) I had to use the ironing board for toiletries. The bathroom is separated from the bedroom only by a curtain. (I wonder how couples feel about each other after staying there?) The only window is a floor-to-ceiling window in the bathroom so you can flash nearby shoppers as you step out of the shower. The heated towel rack in not within arm's reach of the shower and featured hard and frayed towels. The room featured a large TV that was surrounded by LED lights. No obvious switch turned off said LEDs, but apparently the round rainbow-colored emblem in one of the built-in cubby holes turned it off.
On the plus side, the hotel is a half-mile from the Boston Convention Center. Also, travelers can take the Silver Line bus from Logan Airport to South Station (or one stop short of the station to this hotel) for FREE! The one-way trip back to Logan Airport is $2.40. There is a rooftop bar that features a nice city view.
