Newly updated Contemporary Townhouse! Beautiful townhouse overlooking the golf course on stunning Seabrook Island. This lovely home has one bedroom upstairs with a king bed and full bathroom that includes a bathtub, off the bedroom. The main floor has a lovely living room and an incredible kitchen. There is another updated full bathroom with a gorgeous large walk in custom shower on the first floor. This lovely townhouse is updated with fine finishes. There is also a full size washer and dryer tucked away under the staircase, behind the shiplap. For additional guests, there is a sofa bed and a blow up mattress. There is a back deck that looks over the golf course. We have a new Weber grill just off the back porch. Our guests can grill and watch the golfers play the course as you prepare lunch. The townhouse is a few minutes from the beach. This stunning home offers a smart TV and has a fully stocked kitchen (spices), high end appliances (including air fryer, electric kettle), beautiful West Elm dish ware and glassware, a Nespresso coffee maker with pods (and a second drip coffee maker). The Ethan Allen furniture is all new and high quality (with a Queen sofa bed) and comfy King bed upstairs. Linens and towels are all great quality. In addition, we are pet friendly, and well behaved pets are welcomed. Come out and enjoy this wonderful Island!! The back of the house is the open living area where large French doors and windows immerse you into the natural flora just outside your doors. The dining area of this room has a table for six. Both the family room and dining room give you access to the outside deck. Hang out in the family room and watch the large 65"Smart TV. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office. If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel with less than 30 days prior to your arrival date, you loose your funds. If we are able to rent it, you receive what we can rent it for, minus the $250.
