"Overall, it's good. The hotel front desk is very enthusiastic, and the kitchen aunt is also good. The dining environment around the hotel is also good.
It's just an example. The room I stayed in was 133. The stool lifting handle, I wonder if the previous guest brought a dog? The dog bit the plastic handle into a sharp shape, and it would scratch the leg if you are not careful. The front desk helped to get alcohol and other disinfectants.
It is recommended to check the management of room facilities so that the subsequent guest experience will be more perfect. The room I stayed in is just an example, and the store is generally good.
Another thing is fruit, especially oranges. Maybe they have been stored for a long time after purchase, and some of them have slight mold on the skin. I also hope that the store will pay attention to it so that the guests will have a better experience in the future. I wish the store to keep improving and have a more prosperous business.

"Quiet. Late check-out until 13:00, kitchen utensils are very complete. The front desk service is good, the front desk does not sell water, breakfast 7-9, breakfast is not rich, there is a swimming pool is small, can be outdoor barbecue. There are safeway around, two Korean supermarkets, 10 minutes drive to whole foods, excellent location. Next to it is a residential area, very safe. If you don't pursue Chinese food, there are many restaurants around. The gas station and McDonald's are very close! No gym!"

"I don't know why the score is so low. Although the facilities are a bit old, the sensor lights, toiletries are complete, the shower has a large amount of water, it is very clean and tidy, and the price is not expensive. The next day, you can even make an appointment for a free pick-up and drop-off of the nanny car, so simple but real hotels are rare in second-tier cities in the United States. The first comment, it was really low to see the score."

MMight a mouseI recently had the pleasure of staying at AC Hotel, Marriot, and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish.
Upon arrival, we were greeted by the incredibly friendly check-in staff who made the process smooth and effortless. Throughout our stay, both the check-in staff and the bar staff were consistently attentive, always ensuring that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Their warm demeanor truly enhanced our stay.
While the rooms were on the smaller side, they were clean, well-maintained, and perfectly suited our needs. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, which is always a top priority for me.The location of the hotel is simply unbeatable. Situated next to a fantastic Korean BBQ restaurant and TP TEA, one of the best milk tea spots in NorCal. The proximity to such great dining options added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay.
Overall, I would without a doubt return to AC Hotel by Marriot in the future. The outstanding service, cleanliness, and unbeatable location make it a top choice for accommodation in the area. My only suggestion for improvement would be to offer complimentary parking for guests. Nevertheless, this minor inconvenience pales in comparison to the overall excellence of our stay. Highly recommended!

CCara109The hotel is not far from Stanford University. The room is very nice and the facilities are pretty good. The breakfast is very simple, just a piece of bread and milk or coffee. Even after checking out, I still have a $100 deposit that has not been refunded to me more than ten days ago, and After leaving a relatively expensive item at the hotel, I contacted the hotel front desk but there was no reply. I hope Ctrip platform can help handle this matter.

GGuest UserVery clean and the service staff are also very nice. Although breakfast is charged, coffee and lemonade are self-service. The fruit said 1 yuan per piece, but I had to pay for it, and the waiter said it would be given to me for free.
The environment is also good. There are many restaurants across the road and the shopping mall is not far away. Overall, I am very satisfied.
The only downside is that the air conditioner is too noisy, but given the weather in CA, it's okay not to turn it on. Some passengers were talking loudly at the front desk in the middle of the night, which was quite noisy.

TTomigafuFirst off, I'd like to give a shout-out to the night shift front desk person Tony. He was very courteous and thoughtful in helping me on my arrival day (12 midnight) and assisted with all my needs. Thank you Tony for your efforts! For the hotel in general, it seems the place is understaffed but I believe that is how other hotels operate nowadays post COVID. The location is great and is right in the middle of where I want to be north and south of Bay Area. Many rental car locations nearby so I was able to get to one within 10 mins radius. For the room, I stayed in the king bedroom pool side with patio. The bed was very comfortable and clean. However, the downside was that the connecting room doors were paper thin, and the gap between the door and the floor was more than an inch high, so I could pretty much hear every word the person was saying in the other room. They need to fix that or else guests really don't have any privacy at all. I apologize to the couple in the room next to me because I was on a call at 3am in the morning and didn't realize I had woken them up until they started talking and I knew how bad the sound isolation was. After that, whether it was day or night time, I had to resort to whispering all my conversations because I knew people could hear me in the other rooms.

YYULIYANGThis is a great place, very close to Silicon Valley. It only takes me five minutes to reach the company, and there are excellent Chinese supermarkets and a Walmart nearby. If you want to visit other American-style stores, they are just a 10-minute drive away. The front desk staff provides excellent and friendly service, and the breakfast is delicious. I’ll miss the food here. The only improvement needed might be the laundry service, as there is only one washing machine available, which is quite inconvenient.

LLilyiyiBreakfast is an American simple meal. I like it. Coffee, biscuits and tea are always available in the lobby. It is very atmospheric. The chocolate coconut biscuits are really delicious. The room is comfortable and suitable for family use. It has a microwave, refrigerator, utensils and utensils. Recommended and the price is reasonable.
