Polly's Place is only yards away (across the street) from the lake. Beautiful views can be had by walking and driving throughout the neighborhood. There are partial views from the house, but public access is best had at the various public parks. The neighborhood is very quiet and well maintained with million dollar homes within a minute's walk.THE SPACEOur home offers a charming mid-century aesthetic with plenty of room to relax, featuring high ceilings and a beautiful gas fireplace in the main living area.All three bedrooms are large and have private sitting areas with chairs, closets, and plenty of space for your luggage. The master bedroom is huge and the master bath has a Jacuzzi tub.SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTSWe accommodate up to 6 guests in beds, with room for 2 additional guests in the living area.Please note that the two secondary bedrooms have full-sized beds, which are slightly smaller than a queen (which is in the master bedroom). Our three beds offer a variety of sleeper preferences: one is soft, one is firm, and one has a memory-foam topper.The living room is large enough to accommodate two additional guests, but please bring your own sleeping gear (such as an air mattress or sleeping bags), as we do not have a futon or sofa sleeper in the living room quite yet.IMPORTANT: PET POLICYPets are allowed on a case-by-case basis and require an additional fee. Beautifully remodeled two bedroom, two bath condo on Lake Hamilton with a boat dock. This condo is located at Kleinshore Resort, one of Lake Hamilton's first lake resorts. Kleinshore is known for its vintage look and laid back atmosphere. People have enjoyed this resort for decades, and the most of the owners have recently remodeled their homes and condos. Our condo is a very cozy place to chill out on the lake! When you're in the unit, you feel as if you're out over the water, and views are simply spectacular. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with its own full bathroom. The second bedroom is a bit smaller and has a bunk bed (twin over full). The main bathroom has a huge walk-in shower. The sofa in the living area pulls out into a queen bed. Cool and contemporary furnishings and decor. Gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
