Totaling 640 sq ft, our home was built as a mother-in-law suite in 2007. The space consists of a master bedroom with queen bed, full kitchen with breakfast bar, 3/4 bathroom (shower only- no tub), full laundry, built in desk and living room. A user-friendly thermostat makes controlling the central air conditioning and furnace a breeze. Wireless internet and Roku tv with netflix account already logged in are provided.The master bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and plenty of closet space to accommodate personal belongings. Other sleeping options include a queen size sofa sleeper which is located in the living room and children's pack-n-play. You can expect a fully equipped kitchen boasting full sized appliances along with a Keurig coffee maker. Upon arrival, the kitchen will be stocked with coffee. There is both a super center and grocery store located within a mile of the house making it easy to grab everything else you need to make your stay just like home. On the outside, a covered patio provides a sheltered space for enjoying the beautiful north Idaho weather. Two adirondack chairs, a table, and gas grill are in this space as well. On the west side of the house, you will find a sidewalk that connects the driveway in back to the patio in front. A large garage with parking big enough for large suv's and pickup trucks is especially convenient during those bad weather days.The neighborhood is private and kid friendly with many restaurants located less than 5 minutes away.
