Plenty of extra pillows and blankets throughout the home. Relax on the covered outdoor patio, with gas fire pit, TV, and 7 person hot tub. Please follow hot tub rules-card will be charged if hot tub is damaged or needs drained. Spacious driveway with car port. Parking on street available. Small yard with privacy fence. Access to grill and corn hole boards. NO FISH CLEANING ON PREMISES. Privacy fence has recently been added, so yard may be uneven in spots. You will see many varieties of wildlife, including: mosquitoes, bees, and Mayflies. The property is sprayed annually to help reduce these nuisance's. Every year, between the middle of May and lasting into July, Mayflies arrive. These insects are totally harmless. They are drawn to any light source, and will coat the sides of buildings and telephone poles.
