The cabin is surrounded by the crystal-clear waters of Sebago Lake, Trickey pond, Long lake and Brandy Pond. Rent a boat at the nearby Marinas or take a stroll downtown while visiting the many shops and restaurants on the causeway. The town boasts with activities, rent a jet ski, take a ride in the seaplane or just sit and relax in the serenity of the lakes and mountains. Supermarket 5 min away. Casino 20 minutes away North Conway as well as the Maine Coastline is with-in 40 minutes. If coming for fall foliage you will not be disappointed, stop by Fryberg fair, check for dates, stroll into many of the antique shops in the area, go apple picking or visit a farmstands, something to do for everyone. This property is in a prime location, walking distance to the causeway and sandy waterfront access! We are located on Long Lake belonging to a small association of 5 cottages sharing a sandy common area with clean shallow swimming making our rental area ideal for swimmers of any ability. We are within walking distance to many great restaurants, shops, and an arcade. Wintering here is a blast with snowmobiling, ice fishing, nearby skiing, an indoor pool nearby, and several restaurants in Naples & Bridgton. We have the best spot for the 4th of July firework's viewing as the barge lets them off across the way from our beach front. You can find yourself; boating, kayaking, jet skiing, or fishing by day and enjoying the nights out for dinner, live music, or a cruise on the Songo River Queen. (Spring / Summer Season only). Not only is it sandy, the beach has gradual entry excellent for young kids, and a dock which is perfect for your boat. No boat? Not a problem, you are able to rent a boat right next-door to Long Lake Marina. If you enjoy water sports, then you are in an excellent location. Within walking distance, you can rent Jet Ski’s paddle boats, or take a seaplane ride.If you prefer to sit back and relax, take a scenic ride on the Songo River Queen a 90 footlong paddle wheel boat that will take you for a beautiful sunset cruise on Long Lake. Oh, did I forget to mention that there is over 40 miles of waterfront that takes you through the locks all the way to Sebago Lake. Not into water sports? You have a really beautiful long lawn perfect for outdoor activities and lakefront dining. Relax on the call of the loons. With a short walk distance is the Naples library, shops, restaurants, and a long causeway perfect for walks or bike rides.
